How important is a warm up

Hey guys, what do you think about warm ups for PE. Are they important to gain? Won’t you gain without warm-ups?

In sports, a good warm is necessary, does this also applies to PE?

You may gain a bit without a warm up, but it will be far slower and far less than you would gain with a warm up.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Sometime in 2005: Bpel 5.7, eg 4.3: 7/15/07 bpel=6.1, eg 4.6

I have even experimented with long-term heat using those camping heat packs.

I also wanted to ask the same question, but instead decided to get this thread back up.

Did anyone experiment with using/not using the warm up before routine?

I used to do warm ups in my fisrt month of PE, but after that I stopped. I do my PE in front of my computer or in the bed anyway and I’m too lazy to get up and do a proper warm up, as I also don’t have a proper routine (I just stretch and jelq whenever I feel like it).

I have gained without warm-ups and discoloration has plagued me both with and without the warm up (so it doesn’t do anything, at least for me, in this aspect).

So, is warm up important for gains?

I think that inducing maximum blood flow to your unit both pre and post workout is very important, but that’s just my .02.

I will say always warm up, cause you really need to minimize the risk of injury! As a matter of fact, try to add heat throughout your session; heat makes things expand.

Proper warming up can’t hurt and may well help.

It certainly lessens the risk of tearing something.

I wonder how many hundreds of posts could be found by searching? With over a million posts on Thunder’s and with warming up being an important topic, this question should never need be asked again.

Do two weeks PE without warming up. Then do two weeks PE with a proper warm up every time. Or the other way around. You will then know how much more you get out of PE if you do a proper warm up. If you don’t, you will still gain, but your results will be slower, and you will be more likely to get injuries.
