However you could just let it slide and it will go away as soon as they find something else to do, or someone else to bother. Bottom line is never admit guilt to those idiots.

I was on MY laptop, using the connection which I PAY for, in the library which MY student union fees house. That’s my perspective.

It’s the fact that she didnt let me even explain which really agitates things. What if I was researching STDs? I was literally viewing tasteful anatomical images. This whore had no right to explicitly declare, “…I SAW YOU LOOKING AT PORNOGRAPHY!” (IN FRONT OF EVERYONE!!!) without taking time to confirm her accusations, or at the very least allowing me to explain. Personally, I believe that my civil rights take precedence in this situation. I am going to look into my FOIP rights, because I believe they prohibit her from audibly pronouncing my “offense” in the proximity of insignificant bystanders.

I hope to do this completely faceless and think I would back down if they want to call a meeting, however up untill that point I plan to put up a fight, depending on the severity of the consequences. Anyone want to please help me pull this off?

Go see her when shes on her break or when nobody is around, and explain in detail what happened. Try to not look angry, try to smile and if she shouts keep smiling and explain.

I got the feeling shes the type of woman who HAS to win an argument, so it wont be easy.

Dude, tell her the truth. Don’t make up stories about injuries, they’ll obviously think you’re making excuses for having been caught looking to gay porn in the net.

I’m with tps on this one - you’ve an injury (whip it out to prove your point) and that you’re researching the net since it is a bit embarrassing to book a doctors appointment unless it’s necessary. Since you are standing in front of them with your dick out of your pants they will be likely to be embarrassed in return, like they should be.

Your going to need some guts to contest that one, just wait till next term and if theres still a fuss made then argue it without having to get too specific, I expect there are books in the library with anatomical diagrams

Better yet get a picture of the guard sleeping and then photoshop the pic of the penis you were looking at into his mouth. I’m sure someone here can help you with that. :D

Seriously though, if you really had an injury, just tell them you were doing research. And if the judge is a woman take her into her chambers and show her you are not gay. :mwink:

Your brave looking at PE in the library, I wouldn’t do it, because chances even being caught looking at a PE site eventually spread a silly nick-name like “maggot-pants” (yes some people are that obnoxious) regardless of size. But yeah that women should mind her own business, I’d say keep it conservative in future though.

Let them spread the word you are gay. Next step, become the confidant of as many hot girls as you can. They won’t fear or object to your presence because you “are gay”. Then, stage a change in personality, “you are not sure about your sexual preferences”. Tell them you want, you need, to explore, to really know whether you’re gay or straight. You need help, from real loving friends. They can and should help you with “your dilemma”.:)
