How do you increase Girth at base?

Also dry jelqing the base could be useful and a different version of it where your hand doesn’t move, but you squeeze your hand rhythmically. Put your whole hand to the base and just squeeze your hand towards the glans just like you would be milking a cow.

Hi Toolguy, Yes that’s what others said too. But as a starter, it is too early to do hanging. See Post #2 here. Once the “conditioning” is done I will try hanging. However, it will not be easy for me to find the privacy to do hanging for hours due to many persons at my home. I will have to find a solution later.

How long have you been on the newbie routine?

I only had 1 hour of time to PE each day. I hung for that hour (3 10 min. sets x 5 min. rests + warmups/setups, etc.) for about 3 months to gain that 1/4 inch. Not much time at all.

starter47, when you finsh the newbie routine you might also want to consider using a lesser known PE technique A69 (formally Andrew69) came up with here that he used to get base girth gains. He called it Base Ballooning (or Wrapped 69’ers). It’s like Clamping except you wrap with some form of elastic type wrap the head/glans of the penis is down the shaft a little to balloon the base girth (and possibly mid girth) for base girth gains. He said he made some good gains combiend with hanging using this technique so maybe you might want to give it a shot.

Time is not the problem. But being at home and being missed for an hour by others at home. Apart from that, difficult to hide the equipment. So will have to do somewhere else.

3-4 months is the most often advised that I know of.

Great threads from A69, LoveMachine. Thanks. Thunders is a great place with guys like you helping the Newbies. I have a long way to go. But with patience and help from experienced members I am sure will achieve my goals.
Btw, What is your opinion with regard to the duration of “Newbie Routine” before I move on to advanced routines?

This is a great exercise.Of course gonna try it after 3 months from now.

I’d say do not use a lot of your time on the base, it will come later. HANGING using the most common methods (B.I.B., ETC) will expose more of the “hidden penis” that is in your pelvis, and it is generally a larger girth. So your newly exposed BASE of your Longer Unit will be fatter. I would currently concentrate on the newbies and work the base later. Erection Angle will also improve over time, but that is more a function of your EQ in my humble opinion. I always had a lower erection angle, but thought that was partially due to increased weight. I have never had an erection angle much over 8 o’clock even with viagra or cialis. I may try and do some hanging later that is upwardly oriented, but even as long as I have been doing PE, I still value size over the secondary results like erection angle.

In your case, doing the basics and paying attention to EQ should be your main concerns, and you will be thrilled with the results!
