How do I break the plateau

I have been dry jelqing for about 3 or 4 months (30 min./day) now and I’m not seeing anymore gains. I use to get quite a bit of a girth gain after PEing but now that’s it’s grown a bit it doesn’t get that same girth gain after PEing. I’m 90% happy with my length I just want more girth. Any tips on how to start up the gains again?

Maybe you should take a decon. Break. Stop PEing for a few weeks and let your body recuperate fully.

Firstly STOP making your dick work in ‘defence mode’. Plateau happens when dick became too conditioned to gain more…Give him a break and some rest…he will pay you back with gains! :)

This is what I have been thinking about recently…how long break should last….two weeks is a minimum…if you do not see any loses(and/or worse erection) go for 4 weeks or even more…I was always going for month but I am not sure if it was enough for my dick…

It just seems like my gains have slowed to almost a halt. I’ve tried PEing more and less and more intense and less intense but nothing works. It seems as if I’ve hit a ceiling.

Decon. breaks are definitely worth it. Ive taken several over the past year of PE and have actually gained a little during this time. I certainly have never lost anything on a break. I usually take 4-6 weeks off and its worked great for me.

I half agree with hbgreek. Take the break first then try your routine again, if you still get nothing, then clamping is always an option. It is great, I must say.
