How can I get more girth?

I need some help. I am wanting to gain more girth in my penis because I am embarrassed with the size of my flaccid and erect penis. I am looking for a good way to gain girth to therefore make my penis thicker when flaccid and thicker when erect. Does anyone have any tips for the new guy who wants to gain girth very badly. The newbie routine hasn’t done very much, but I’m really interested in beefing up my penis and making it thicker. Please give me some methods of girth enhancement. Detailed methods if possible. Very moderate pumping is giving me all day heavy, beefier flaccid and thicker girth when erect. Incorporate jelqs and don’t forget slight minute rests in between sessions. I’m glad you didn’t say permanent, even cementing doesn’t guarantee permanent. What it does guarantee is keeping what you have a hell of a lot longer without barely even giving PEing a thought at all. It’s just like keeping muscle tone by working out (girth anyway).

Clamping has been effective for many on this forum, including myself. I wanted to gain girth pretty badly too but went with the newbie routine for a few months before I tried it. When I did, I went moderate (didn’t clip the sucker all the way down) and not for too long. Eventually you can work up to longer times and harder clamping. Just make sure you do it the right way though. Keep up that newb routine for a little while first (unless you already have). My gains have been small so far (relatively) but fast. I’ve gained a solid .10 in about a month with clamping 2-3 times a week, 3 reps, 10 min each. If that rate continues, It will be an inch in less than a year. I’m good with that!

Clamping and dry jelqs has worked the best for me.

I both pump and clamp. I will do low pressure pumping for 10 minutes followed by 5 minutes of clamping. I do two sets 5 days a week.This will sure fatten things up down there.

This is very similar to what I do. I pump for 15 minutes, do manual exercises for 10, then clamp for 10. I do this twice, then put the pump on for 20 minutes with a really low pressure(~1”hg).

I call it the “trauma and sustain” method. I’m experiencing some great “temporary” gains. My expansion during the workout is .625” and my girth remains .5” larger for a few hours. I haven’t been doing it long enough to see if I seeing any permanent gains.

This method is a bit extreme, so stay away if you’re new.

Q: How can I get more girth?

A: Pumping and a cockring always did it for me.
