I’ve got several questions about Horse440’s.

1. I’ve heard of several different ways to do a Horse440, one way is to make sure your penis is as erect as possible, tourniquet grip the shaft, kegal to make your penis even tighter, then slider an OK grip over the glans to push blood in. The other way I’ve heard is to make a tourniquet grip on a semi and sort of do a backwards jelq from the glans. Which one is the superior method and whats the difference between each?

2. How long should I hold each pump?

I guess that’s pretty much it.

Starting Stats: 7 BPEL x 5.75 MSEG (April 14, 2010)

Current Stats: 7 BPEL x 5.8125 MSEG

Unless you are extremely conditioned to PE, you should consider not doing them at all. And maybe then not. This is one of the most extreme of PE exercises, imo.



I hold at the bottom and top and kind of do it both ways.

Now 8 x 5

Goal: 9 x 5.75
