Horse 440

I’ve read about a this, but I don’t fully understand how you do them. Could someone help me out please. & Another question which is the best workout for girth?! I don’t understand how to do the Uli’s stretch either.

When you do a horse440, make the same OK grip at the base but rather than moving the grip up, squeeze the glans so that you force blood into the shaft, enlarging it. Make sense?
