Hey guy’s I’ve been looking for a routine just for girth, I’ve desided on trying Horse 440’s and only them.

I’m going to start off slow. Do them for 3-5 minutes for the first week or two, than up it by 2-5 minutes every two weeks.

If I’m crazy tell me now, otherwise I’m doing it :)

Starting Stats: (Aug.3/07) // Flaccid: 4.5" / NBPEL: 7" (From Top) 7.5" (From Side) | Loosing 0.5" From Curve In Unit. / EG: 4.5"

Goal: // Flaccid: 5.5" / NBPEL: 8" (From Top) / EG: 5.5"-6" / Work out my curve. (Gain 0.5" from working out curve)

Dont do exclusively them, things work best when mixed together.

With jelqs, do some jelqs to get that tunica ready, do some really hot wrarm wraps, and then do your 440’s.

Watch for discoloration with the Horses.
