I usually measure 2x a week, either after a routine change or I just want to.
Sometimes I won’t measure for a few weeks, to see if I made any kind of jump at all.
When I do measure, it is an hour after a workout, or just before the next workout after my rest day(s).
Well, as I stated before, I’m giving up on length and going for girth.
Since that seems to be the only thing growing.
So my new routine that has been in effect for just over a week is;
Then pump and clamp only, 3 sets each at night before shower, then hot shower.
Next morning in hot shower I do just a little stretching (very little), jelqing 150 times, pausing at 100 to do a few uli’s and a couple 440’s, then finishing out my last 50 in jelqs.
That night, just a lighter version of pumping and clamping.
Well, tonight I hit 7” bp!
I was 6 3/4” steady for the past 5 months.
I can’t figure it out!
I do girth and my length gets longer.
Granted I’m not complaining, I’ve never even been close to reaching 7 before, but tonight… I’m ready to go fuck the planet! WOOHOO!!
Now I hope I can cement it.
Oh, and my girth is still climbing too, but damn, I’m fucking excited!
