Hi RoomToGrow,

A few weeks ago we had a discussion about a jelqing - clamping schedule. See: lost 0,22" girth!! help!
I followed your routine (clamp MWF, and jelq M-F) for almost a month now and I’ve noticed no gains (did you?).

I’ve read that you changed your routine by the one that’s discussed in this treat: Constant state of jelq is giving me big gains!
We both did the 3-times-a-week routine because the tissue would have more time to heal after girth exercises.

I’m a little shrank to follow your new routine, because of the short time the penis has got the heal. I know that the jelqing time is only 10 or 15 minutes, but jelqing with a not totally healed penis huhmzzz I don’t know…..
By the way; are you going to stop clamping, now you follow the new schedule?

No, I saw no new gains really. I think clamping was starting to have a negative effect on me. I saw gains initially, but after that I started seeing negative signs. So for now I am putting clamping on hold. We’ll see what the future holds.

It’s a long thread so let me shorten it a bit. I needed to be able to do my routine when my wife didn’t know I was doing it. She knows I PE but she really doesn’t want to know when I am doing my workout. So I needed a routine that I could do quickly and stealthfully. Dry jelqs and stretching are the easiest way to accomplish this. So I started experimenting with dry jelqs and to my surprise my little guy couldn’t get enough! It was like a fountain of youth! SP for me, for the time being, it is dry jelqs and stretches. I may do some squeezes and Bam’s new edging session at night, but other than that, only jelqs and stretches. This is like the fourth or fifth time I’ve changed my routine now, but this is the one I am going to stick with. The visual gains are incredible, and I think if I would measure I would see an increase in measurable gains too.

So, here’s my plan. 4 sets of 250 jelqs (morning, lunch, evening, before bed), 15-20 minutes of stretching, a few squeezes and Bax’s edge technique right before bed, 6 days on 1 day off. The only way I’ll mess with it is to take an extra day off if it looks like I need it. I’ve been doing it for about 2 weeks now and so far so good. I did a TP roll test and I can no longer fit my shaft into it unless a apply some force. And even then it only goes about half way down before it is impossible to push down anymore.

I really think you should triple your stretch time. You’ve been PEing long enough to sustain a workload of 1-2 hours of stretching daily.

Who the hell has time for that, xlmagnum?

I would but my wife says she doesn’t want it any longer. I already bottom out. She is extremely shallow. But I figure if I slowly gain length maybe she won’t notice. :leftie: If I ever want to work on my length I will take your suggestion. Thanks man.

It isn’t only for length. Expanding the shaft allows it to be pliable for other exercises, like girth ones. It also helps cement the gains you have.

No matter what exercise I plan on doing, I always warm up for ~ 10 mins, then I stretch for AT LEAST 10-15 minutes, even if it is only jelqing. Sometimes I stretch for 60-90 minutes depending on how much time I have. The amount of time you stretch also depends on the intensity of that stretch.

PS. No matter what stretch I do, I always use it with the DLD blasters. It makes my dick sore (in a good way).

Unfortunetly I don’t have that kind of time. I’ll keep going on my current course and see how things go. Thanks for the tips though. I will keep them in mind.

You don’t have to follow my advice to a “T” (Get it?), but use it the best way you can.

What you could do, is slightly lessen the amount of jelqing (1000 jelqs is quite a bit) and incorporate some more stretching. For instance, instead of 250 jelqs 4x a day, do 200 jelqs 4x a day with 5-10 mins of stretching before hand. Practically the same amount of time, and you get your stretching in. I guarantee those stretches will improve the effectiveness of your jelqing.

It is what we call “equilibrium”.
