A few weeks ago we had a discussion about a jelqing - clamping schedule. See: lost 0,22" girth!! help!
I followed your routine (clamp MWF, and jelq M-F) for almost a month now and I’ve noticed no gains (did you?).
I’ve read that you changed your routine by the one that’s discussed in this treat: Constant state of jelq is giving me big gains!
We both did the 3-times-a-week routine because the tissue would have more time to heal after girth exercises.
I’m a little shrank to follow your new routine, because of the short time the penis has got the heal. I know that the jelqing time is only 10 or 15 minutes, but jelqing with a not totally healed penis huhmzzz I don’t know…..
By the way; are you going to stop clamping, now you follow the new schedule?
