HI just need some help on a bed routine

Looking for some stuff I can do in my bedroom at night before bed as I don’t get enough time to do them and it seems a bit suss if I’m in the bathroom for an hour

I do my whole routine in my bedroom. Well, except for about 5-10 minutes in the bathroom for my warm up (warming and rewarming a cloth under very warm water).

You could lay in your bed and do all manner of stretches on your back. That way you could even be under covers if you were that paranoid.

Jelq, stretch, rinse repeat; essentially that’s the newbie routine. Do that in your room.
