I have been dong PE for about 3 months now, I can say that my gains have been pretty good! Ive went from 6.3 to 7 inch NBPEL and from 4.7 EG to 5 inch EG.
I was just wondering if some of you could provide me with your info, like your gains so far, how long you have been doing PE, and your workout routine.
This info may help me get an idea how far i will be in a couple of years or so. And it will be really good for motivation for me and others!
