Hi guys, after three months of PE I gain 0.8” (2cm) in erect length, nothing in girth. I’m still amazed with this result, and I still want to thanks all active members for information and motivation.

Take a look at this schedule:

1 month: + 0.4”

2 month: + 0.4”

3 month: + 0

I follow newbie routine (details).

Does anybody here experienced steady gains and suddenly completely lack of them?

What should I do next? Thanks for any advice :)

Take a 2month break

Its time to add in some new techniques and experimenting with which ones work for you - at a slow pace of course…

i.e do not try adding 30 Ulis into your workout at once, start with 5 or so and build it up..

There’s so much dude! Give them all a sensible try!


I'm pissed of with my gains and loses. I've been doing this for more than 4 years. I keep measuring wrong and the next time I update my signature you will see impressive results.

Add advanced exercises like JAI stretches and Ulis.

Hey Denny, you have hit a plateau which just about every guy doing PE will encounter at some time.

“Plateau
After making gains, when a person has reached a point of very slow or no gains, he is said to have reached a plateau. When a plateau is reached, they can often be broken by varying or changing the person’s PE routine.”
