Hey DLD "A" stretch question.
I asked this on the other forum and got a reply but wanted your opinion. I’ve been trying desperately to incoporate the “A” strethc into my routine.
I’m now only able to grab my wrist with the under hand if I’m pulling straight out. But not even close if pulling straight down. A few questions?:
1. Do you “A” stretch straight out or down, and if down are your arms infront of your legs or under them?
2. I seem to get an “overall” stretch feeling vs one that hits the ligs (pulling straight out with “A”) is this right, or should I keep some of my older stretches that seem to hit the ligs more for me?
3. Does the under hand cause there to be a bend in your stretch, and is it there for leverage?
