Hey Avocet8 and other pumpers
I assume by now you’ve been to Bagman’s new site (Pumptoys) and read the advanced techniques in the library - the parts about measuring enlargement by water displacement then determing what produces the most enlargement.
I think they’re on to something, and I’ve applied the same idea to weight hanging, i.e. 5 minutes at weight, 30 seconds with no weight, then after an hour, pumping the same way for about 30 minutes. Something’s happening - both erect and flacid girth and head size have noticeably increased. I haven’t measured length yet.
The only other things I did differently last week were to start eating cottage cheese before bed (tissure repair & anti-catabolism) and taking Adipokinetix which contains 3 mg of yohimbe. I’ve been taking Arginmax for at least 2 months and hyaluronic acid for 1 month (collagen support).
I resumed weight hanging this afternoon and found that the 10 lbs I used all last week isn’t enough anymore.
