Here is a fun manual stretch for everyone to try.
This may take practice… but it’s one of the funniest and useful positions I have done.
Sometimes I think of PE as a form of awkward Yoga! It’s meditative if you relax into the stretches… and can be refreshing with beneficial physical effects.
I was in the men’s room in my office preparing to do a squat stretch when I noticed several ants crawling near the base of the toilet bowl. This made me change position quickly… but to good effect!
Start with a squat stretch…. Squat, reach behind your leg… get a good grasp and slowly pull straight down. Now for the modification… come up out of the squat making your back parallel with the ceiling (as if you’ve just discovered the ants). Your knees will be bent as you position yourself into a half squat… the most important thing is that your ass is pointing at the wall behind you (proudly show the wall your asshole) while pulling your dick towards that very same wall.
You can look thru your legs to see the stretch and brace yourself with an arm on your leg. Try it. It’s fun… and once in position, don’t forget to say ‘Ohhhhhhhmmmmmm’.
