Here I go again with this PE thing

Well, I think this is the third time I come back to PE, I never sticked more than 1 month to a routine.
My battle against procrastination wasn’t very easy.
But it’s been a year and half since I joined here, and I can’t stop wondering how big I could be if I never stopped.
This time is for real. I’m going to PE (at least) until the end of this year. Wish me luck.

My routine is 5 days on/weekend off
Alternating jelq and stretching by now:

5 min hot water cup
15 min jelq
5 min kegels
5 min hot shower then normal shower.

other day

5 min hot water cup
~10 min several types of stretching
5 min hot water cup

I’m already feeling better and more confident just by starting the routine. I hope to see some early newbie gains just to keep motivated, but if they don’t show up I won’t give up this time.
I got back to the gym too, so I restarted all the body enhancement I can do.

Maybe try adding some ginkgo into your PE routine?

Motivation can always be a problem. I lost over 30 pounds last year by concentrating not on my total goal, but by concentrating on each pound, on the next pound. Think of PE that way, too. Celebrate every small gain. You’re right about newbie gains being great motivators. Some guys say not to measure too often, but for me it has been helpful since it helps me maintain focus. Once my newbie gains stop (and they’ve slowed already), I’ll go to a monthly measurement, but for now it’s weekly.

Just think: if you’d stayed with it, I wouldn’t have passed you! :)
