Hemosiderin from clamping

I’d also like to know why you think you have increased melanin? Unless you have been tanning your dick the discoloration is due to the hemosiderin only.

I have had a tan dick before PE and it has only become more tanned with PE. I believe this is hyperpigmentation from chafing and that sort of thing. I am of the belief that this type of darkening can be addressed with a combination of retin-a and hydroquinone. The retin-a accelerates skin renewal (actually makes you peal at first and then after pealing your skin just has faster natural replacement of skin cell cycle) and also enhances penetration of the hydroquinone. Hydroquinone is the chemical used for “anal bleaching” and “vaginal bleaching” — it hinders melanin production.

The reason I am not experimenting with hydroquinone right now is that, although I would rather not have the excess melanin if I didn’t have the blackening of clamping discoloration, the melanin actually helps conceal the black and blue as long as it is there since it is “higher up” in the skin and so reduces the appearance of what’s underneath.

Just read more about mechanism of hydroquinone. Interesting stuff. Although I don’t believe it would help with the clamping discoloration, as you said. Also, I don’t believe any of my discoloration is really due to increased melanin.

My big concern is that the indications I get are that things in the dermis do not go away by natural turnover the way things in the epidermis do. When we are clamping we are trying to achieve growth by putting big pressure in all the veins in the penis. The majority of these veins are of course not in the epidermis. Many of them are undoubtedly in the dermis and thus leakage/bruising from them would be more like a tattoo than a typical bruise.

This is my big fear.

I feel like I have very significant coloring that did not decrease over almost full year of no clamping. But I desperately want more girth. So discoloration from clamping is basically my biggest concern in PE. The discoloring looks like very unhealthy dark and old skin. It almost looks like it’s moldy or something. Some may be ok with black and blue wang but I am not.

Is there anyone here who had a lot of discoloring from clamping and then have it go away?

I got the vinegar idea from an old family ‘hand-down’ remedy story. It works on bruises really well so I decided to try it on my discoloration and it helped. Remember, each application will turn the discoloration dark brown at first and as the days go by it will lighten. You might consider this Vinegar wrap after each time you clamp. If you’re single you won’t have to worry about your partner saying you stink. Also remember, it must be ‘white vinegar.’ Give it a try, the smell may not be so offensive to you.

I came back here to see if anybody has had success with removing discoloration. What you just mentioned sounds like what I have. I have done the salicylic acid several times in different places, attempting to remove spots, but it didn’t work. Maybe I didn’t put on enough, but it did scab every time. Once the scab fell off, it would be kind of light for a while, but the dark spot would still be there. I’m tempted to target one spot again, and just put a shitload (relative to before) to see if I can get it out.

I really wish there was something to get rid of it. It’s fucking ugly. I envy the guys who have an even “bar” of discoloration from where the clamp was or whatever. My discoloration is all over, the head, circ scar, shaft… It’s not sections even, it’s like scattered, small spots, streaks.. There’s 2 dots on the head too that look like moles. I think I recall they used to be red, broken blood vessels or something, but now they’re brown.

I haven’t done a whole lot of PE either (streaks of 2-3 weeks over a year ago) so it’s not like I need a break, this is permanent unless I do something to get rid of it.

My shins and feet look like they are freckled, but they are not. I have venous insuffiency in my calves. Anyhow, one way I deal with it is Butcher’s broom, Horse chestnut, etc… You are more into preventing further with this than say lightening spots really as much.

So butcher’s broom constricts blood vessels and by thins being helpful for varcose veins. They also say it improves blood flow. But also those like ginseng, gingko etc improves blood flow by increasing vasodilatation an effect opposed apparently to that of butcher’s broom. What’s your opinion about this ?

I never do clamping, but in my humble opinion ,with clamping the darkening effect is due to the swelling. That will cause the girth increase too. But,when you stop for months, then the swelling heal, and so the girth return to the normal state.

You have to enlarge without swelling. Jelq works pretty fine. You have to wait longer, but it’s safer, and better.
Good luck.

How do you know if you never tried clamping? I got 0.12” of girth in 1 month of clamping without discoloration and lost only 0.04” of those gains.

Jelqing works, but not forever. After some time you reach a level where more intensity is required.

My main focus is my health. I take horse chestnut, butcher’s broom, and a Puritan product called circuleg with the FOLLOWING list of ingredients;
Proprietary Herbal Blend 200 mg **
(Butcher’s Broom (Ruscus aculeatus) (aerial) ** Ginger (Zingiber officinale) (root) ** Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) (leaf) ** Cayenne Pepper (Capsicum annuum)(fruit) ** Ginkgo Biloba Extract (Ginkgo biloba) (leaf) **(Standardized to contain 24% Ginkgo Flavone Glycosides))

Notice the double hit of regular butcher’s broom plus whatever is in the circuleg concoction? I take double the amount on the label due to my size, height, and condition. 2 tabs of Butcher’s Broom by itself, 2 tabs of horse chestnut by itself, and than the 2 tabs of circuleg; once in the morning and again at night.

I hate wearing the compression stockings since they cut into my legs below the knees.

I only share with items I take that SPECIFICALLY reduce the discoloration in my lower limbs. Since taking this for the past month, my hemorrhoids have not acted up at all, but I do also take massive amounts of fruits and vegetables as well. So much that I have thoroughly impressed my cardiologist for my annual evaluation in late August.

My discoloration has not gone down but I haven’t had the time to try the vinegar idea booger posted earlier. It sounds like it definitely worked for him so I ought to give it a go but just haven’t had the chance. I also was hoping someone might know whether or not it would be the same as vinegar to dilute acetic acid and use that instead to avoid the odor issue.

But yeah, though I had difficulty getting good peeling (my skin seems to be too strong or resistant or something for wart remover to penetrate well) and so didn’t do it a huge amount, I have accomplished it some using very high percentage tretinoin gel and some facial peel acid, yet the discoloration never improved and I came away with feeling that it probably wasn’t going to work for the deeper clamping discoloration.

To elaborate more on the depth of discoloration issue. I’m concerned that the problem is that the discoloration is in the dermis rather than the epidermis. Tattoos are in the dermis and that is why they are permanent.

I remember just reading about that in one of the threads here. It was the first time I heard the discoloration referred to as a tattoo. I don’t know if it’s worth mentioning, but I think I had bad skin in that bruises on my lower body don’t go away very well. My shins and calves have dark spots from where I’ve hit them and it just doesn’t go away. Also, I wrecked on a dirt bike and got this huge bruise on my leg. There’s still a dark area+scar there over 1.5 years later. I’ve been riding motorcycles since I was little, and my junk always gets kind of smashed against the tank and seat, I wonder if it has anything to do with the discoloration….If a girl ever asks about the dark spots I’ll blame it on that.

Sorry I didn’t contribute to a solution here, rather causes…hopefully it helps in some way.

Clamping will certainly give you a dark dick.

I consider it a fringe benefit.

Why do you say certainly? It’s certainly preventable. :) I don’t have enough clamping experience to go against your word, but there are clampers like drilla9 who made substantial gains (not as much as you, though) without getting discolored. I guess I’m trying to comfort myself because I’m one of those who want to avoid it at all costs.

I probably should have said, Extreme Clamping will give you a darker dick, as it has me. I think any aggressive PE will give you discoloration. I’m not sure how permanent it is because I can’t stop doing PE long enough to find out. But you are right about drilla9. He should be the Poster-boy of Clamping.

Once I used apple vinegar instead and it worked just as well as the white vinegar. I think you should go with a vinegar for your solution. I have read a book called I think The Power of Vinegar. If I any kind of pain I try a vinegar wrap. It’s good stuff. At first the smell bothered me but now I don’t even notice it. Vinegar is used for cleaning too so it’s not like it’s nasty. I do have one concern though and that’s getting it on the glans. I would certainly test that before putting a whole lot on there it may feel funny.
