Ok I have been hitting pe pretty hard since January. My routine consists of jelqing for 5 to 10 minutes 3 times a day. I have not made any gains to speak of, maybe a 1/4 inch here and there. I am not too concerned there, at 6-6.5 girth I really don’t need anymore , but my wife could probably take 7 inches of girth. I’d like to have 8 inches of length, I am only an inch away. But what would really make me happy is good strong EQ. I really haven’t seen an improvement in that area. I do not have ED, I get hard, just lose it fairly quickly. I like the erections that viagra gives me but my heart rate goes up and I feel flushed. Cialas did nothing for me but give me leg cramps. Oh this week I started clamping , I do a 10 minute set at least once a day. Sometimes I follow that with a 10 minute break and do it again 2 times. The only think I can see wrong with my routine is no warm-ups and maybe not enough time jelqing, but it bores me to yank on it for 5 minutes.

Yes I do kegels quite often during the day.

1/4 inch here and there sounds like gains. A split routine can be a good thing but if you only jelq for 5 minutes it’s not really long enough, I would do two splits each 20 minutes long 5 minutes is more of a warm up than a routine.

Lol yeah, long jelq sessions can be extremely boring… But you can do something meanwhile that does not require your hands (like watching TV).

Up that to 10 minutes for now and jelq with less than a 70% erection preferably between 50-60% possibly lower. Warm up longer!

I noticed that when I do a proper warming before and after my PE workout, my EQ raises alot in the day and in the next day usually as well. Also, I’ve been using a little of home-made pepper oil as lubricant for jelqs(I know it sounds kinda crazy and scary), and I’m thinking it plays a big deal on the whole EQ improvement thing. It doesn’t improve as much when I don’t use it.

So, when I spend 1 or 2 days without any PE working out, I REALLY feel my EQ go down.

You must ABSOLUTELY do your warmups without fail. A 1/4 of an inch sounds like a 1/4 of an inch bigger dick than you had, increase your jelq time and make sure you hold at the head until you have Kegeled and grasped at the base for your next stroke before you let the top grip loose. In a couple of weeks your EQ should be through the fucking roof.

Sounds good, hold the base kegel hold just below the glans before repeating the next stroke. This allows for maximum expansion.

How often do you take Viagra?

Is your penis rigid when you jelq, or is there some give to it?

For the most part I don’t take a week off, but there was the 2 weeks I was at home, I was dipping it in the old lady every night. I havent taken viagra this year, I tried the cialas when I was with my wife. I like the 80% or so erection when I jelq. I ejaculate probably 2 times a day not during my sessions tho.
