Help with A Girth Routine

Here’s my issue:

I already have plenty of length and would really like to minimize gains in that direction. I can’t effectively jelq, as it causes bleeding on the underside of my shaft almost immediately. Even after nearly a 9 month break, it still happens. No other exercises seem to cause issues.

Any suggestions for a girth only manual routine (I really don’t want contraptions or pumps) that doesn’t get the benefit of jelqing as a conditioner?

What the ?! You bleed from the underside almost immediately? Are there any cuts on your penis ? :S What intensity do you jelq at?


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

I don’t mean I spurt blood. Blood begins to accumulate and I bruise very easy right around the frenelum. It doesn’t take but a few minutes of jelqing to bring this back. I imagine that it is an injury that didn’t heal well, but it doesn’t bother me otherwise and I was hoping to work around it.

Dude, you should probably have that checked out by a doctor.

Maybe a manual clamp and kegel routine would work. Do you have a bleeding disorder, that sounds odd?

With all the talk of bruising and discoloration on this board my description seems odd? I just bruise really easy in that spot. I don’t wanna traumatize it. Not that hard.

Thanks for the other suggestions. From what I’ve seen of clamping, you’d need a heck of a warmup without other exercises wouldn’t you?

I clamp, never warmed up. Works great.

There is a difference between bruising and bleeding (what you stated in your original post). I hope you were not put of by “odd” I meant it as “unusual” and not as “you are a freak.”
