Help with A Girth Routine
Here’s my issue:
I already have plenty of length and would really like to minimize gains in that direction. I can’t effectively jelq, as it causes bleeding on the underside of my shaft almost immediately. Even after nearly a 9 month break, it still happens. No other exercises seem to cause issues.
Any suggestions for a girth only manual routine (I really don’t want contraptions or pumps) that doesn’t get the benefit of jelqing as a conditioner?
