Help Wanted

Do any of you guys have php mySQL experience? Or enough database/form experience to setup a fill in form for a online Progress/Workout Log Section? Something that we could crunch numbers with, if we wanted to?

Hours are bad and the pay is worse. The graditude from the members would make up for that though.:)
