Yea, I just bought the “enhanced version” to give me statistical results.

I am adding the last few questions about plateaus, and then it will be ready to go.

By intensity I was trying to refer to the intensity of each exercise, not necessarily the time spent. In other words you could jelk “lightly” or with all the strength you can muster. You can hang 3 pounds for a half hour or 20 pounds. You can clamp as tightly as possible or just enough to limit outflow. With hanging it is easy to quantify the intensity, but with other exercises it is more subjective.

Hmmm, is there anyway to review the survey before filling it out? Reason being is that what if people fill it out and then you change it? Will they have to fill it out again? Will the data be lost? Is this just a test survey or the real deal?

I think the survey is a great idea. I’m not sure but you might want to survey guys on what brands of devices that they are using? I think that might be part of a question. As for the nutrition aspect. As an average guy, I think this is way too much work. I play basketball 4-5 times a week. I play softball and Soccer. I lift weights and have a pretty decent body. I eat sensibly I think. I do not count calories or count carbs or any of those things. For me persnally it is way too much work and takes the fun out of life(again just MY opinion) If I were into BB I would feel differently. But how many guys doing PE are into BB? Just a thought.


Current Routine: 1. Instead of Hot Wrap. I take a hot shower. Run hot water over the penis for 5 min. 2. Manual stretches. 5 min 3. Jelq. 10-15 min.(not really counting strokes. Just time) 4. Hot wrap

This is the REAL DEAL. However, if there happens to be any bugs in it, I want to know before I make the tutorial post a thread that links directly to the poll. There has been 2 votes already, and at the end the votes said the poll was easy and user friendly.

If anyone finds an error - please let me know asap, before everyone starts voting…

I actually almost did include what brands of devices and pills people are using. However, I didn’t want anyone from one company to vote a mass number of times JUST to make their brand looks the best. This would skew the results and eliminate the point of the poll.

xlmagnum is devising a way where he can find results with his ideas WITHOUT making a mass # of people count calories and such.. IF he can lift it off, I think it will be a great idea… I will be helping him in any way he needs me to.

Sorry it took so long seyz. I had to edit a few things — which took quite a few hours. I think the final outcome will be worth the wait; And I admire your dedication of waiting till 10 o clock until you gave up on me =).

I am putting the survey on hold until I add one more question having to do with how sporadically a person has done PE. I thought of this question when I realized I have PE’d for more than four years — but it was on and off.

It should be back up tomorrow.

Just to let everyone know, I took remek’s survey, and it is very user friendly. Not only that, but it doesn’t require you to think a whole lot if you already know your gains. It only takes 5-10 mins depending on how slow you are, and the number of exercises you do. All in all it is a very good survey, a survey that elminates most every big variable you can take out. Practically the only big variable left is genetics.
