Help Me Choose a Routine Please

I desperately need to start gaining. I restarted PE many times. I’m so confused right now about what method to use, and when to take off days that I can’t decide. I’ve been reading here for a long time, as well as searching the net for information about lengthening connective tissue. There is information that supports daily stretching, and some that supports stretching every 3rd day. There is some information that supports doing cyclical work, such as manual stretching and jelqing, then there is some that supports long duration stretching, such as hanging or using an extender.

I’ve tried it all except for clamping. I’ve stuck with jelqing the longest, but I would always start missing scheduled PE days after the first 2 weeks.

I need some guidance, please! I’ve thoroughly confused myself. I’ve been awake for hours troubled with size issues tonight.

I’d recommend you 15 minutes of stretches and 20 minutes of jelqs 5 on 2 off,or 6 on 1 off. Try not to miss scheduled PE days. Even if you’re very busy, at least you always can do a maintenance work out - 5 minutes of stretches and 5 minutes of jelqs.

With all due respect to your authority and super dick, I doubt that pumping would be particularly helpful at this stage, given that the guy has problems with discipline and consistency. IMHO he just needs to stick to some basic manual 30-minute routine at least for 3-4 months and avoid missing his scheduled workouts.

I have tried pumping. I purchased a pump in 1998. I used it for a month or so, but I didn’t know about over doing it. I got lymphatic fluid buildup. Then, in the spring of 2003, I found thundersplace. I tried Avocet’s pump & jelq routine then. I followed it well for about 6 weeks. That was my longest streak of sticking with PE since I discovered it in 1997, but I didn’t have much confidence that it was real until I found this place in 2003.

I’ve considered doing jelq only, or stretch only routines. I’ve considered doing what Shiver did, and do about 4 manual stretches once every 3 days, with one hell of a warm up first.

I’ve also considered hanging, which I’ve done before for a few weeks, but I doubt that I will put in the hours.

In case it matters to some of you, I’d like to gain length first.

You just have to stick to something for at least 3-4 months to notice a shift. It can be stretching+jelqing, only jelqing, jelqing+pumping. Whatever.

If discipline in PE is such a big issue for you, at least 15-20 minutes of jelqs (even without warm-ups) 5 days on, 2 off for 4 months. Even that may perfectly work for you at this stage.

I used to believe in many consecutive days, such as 5, 6, or even 7 on days in a row, but now I’m questioning that. How could Shiver, xeno, EquineRooster, etc.. all gain with 1 on, 2 off? I’m confused about off days.

It’s now just about 5am in the morning. I’ve been up all night. I need to wake for work in 2 hours. I get out of hand. Gaining some size would change my life.

Everybody is different. 4-8 on 2 off, or 2-4 on 1 off reflect the best proportion between workouts and rest for the median PEer.

As for me, a schedule of 6-8 on 2 off works quite well, though it causes some over-training.

Thanks for the respect. I recommended pumping due to it’s ease and how good it feels. It’s “almost” a mindless routine. He’s stated he’s looking for length and pumping is what gave me my greatest length gains.

Correct. Or, if not manual routine, a given routine, whatever is the technique you are using. Days on/days off : it can makes difference in how god your gains will be, but as long you are consistent, you’ll have some gains whatever work/rest regimen you’ll do. Stop thinking too much.

Oh, I perfectly understand your point now. My bad, sometimes I’m pretty inclined to make sweeping generalizations just on my personal experience, and can’t help myself. You see, I myself incorporated pumping, find it very beneficial for both gains and blood circulation, but it is not pleasurable for me (unlike for the vast majority of guys). My pumping component of PE is a chore for me, and sometimes I can’t wait till it ends. Which is why I’m not disciplined with pumping, though I’m a PE addict and on some days jelq and stretch for 3 hours. But it may well be the exactly opposite case for another guy.

No worries! We’re all here to help. I’d pump all day if I had the time. I love how it feels and the results are so easy to achieve.

I’ve done both forms of pumping. I find the water routine to be the most comfortable for long puming session. I would say I’ve gained about .50 x .25 in length and girth respectively.
