Help Me Choose a Routine Please

I like the pumptoys cylinders because of the ring they use providing a nice cushion. I have also purchased a nice LAP cylinder as well. You can’t go wrong either way.

Get one that allows for both length and girth growth. Start slowly with low pressure and when you’ve done your sets, be done! I learned the hard way. I did get to the point where I could pump almost all day with little fluid build up. That’s when I think I was really attacking my length.

Just because they have big dicks doesn’t make them PE elites. Saiyan and that guy(I think) both started with huge dicks. Although I do know Saiyan is very knowledgeable on certain things.

@Thread maker you really just need to stick with whatever you do, if after 2 weeks you can’t be bothered anymore, PE isn’t really for you. You could always get an extender, do some strong strong stretches or hanging(Short amount) then put on an extender, loads of hours, little effort.

What the heck Kojack, you know better. None of us can give you a magick routine. They don’t exist. I would suggest that you take a few weeks off to further decondition your unit and then start back up with the n00b routine! Take the time to do some serious soul searching as well.

I do struggle with low self esteem. I think that it is legitimate though. Having a bigger penis would change much of that, particularly because it would get me started on a positive feedback cycle.

So iamaru, u think that I should do the newbie routine. What about the schedule of on/off days? Is that still optimal? This is where I begin to go wrong, I guess. I should probably just follow the recommended routine without questioning things.

I’ve done maybe 1 PE session in the last 20 days.

This routine here is even easier on your unit and easier to follow. I have seen gains using it for the last 2 months. Positive thinking is key. A mind can wander but a brain is controlled. Control your thoughts. Make them positive! Believe and Achieve!!

It just seems like some modification of the newbie routine would be better. It’s the schedule with on/off days that seems odd to me. I see it either as consecutive days on or better, or 1 day on, then some amount of off days after that.

I will take the advice and do the newbie routine. I’m just sharing my thoughts.

You do seem to be thinking too much. Just do it! And no sooner than 4 months of consistent routine and schedule, update us on results. I’m sure, if it’s being done, you will be in the growth area.

It looks to me like your problem is not finding the right routine. You have a lot of passion and emotion flowing around this idea of a bigger penis, so why on earth would you break the absolute one cardinal rule of PE: consistency is king! Funnel that passion into your PE and learn to be controlled and consistent - not only in PE, but in all aspects of your life. It might help you calm down a bit.

As far as routines, I have one that may help you develop more consistency;

You shower every morning right? If you PE in the shower / right after the shower you can save time in your schedule AND develop a consistent routine. Try this;

Warm up your dick in the shower while you brush your teeth / scrub your ass.
After you are all clean do 5-10 minutes of manual stretching under the running hot water.
When you get out of the shower do 5-10 minutes of long, controlled Jelq’s.
When you are done stick your dick in your pants and start your day. Don’t touch it until tomorrows shower.

Take one day off per week - it doesn’t matter which day, just get used to doing PE the other 6 days a week.
This is definitely a less is more routine, so don’t over do it; remember, you are just working on consistency.

WhiskeyFish, that is a modified routine. I like the advice, but this is where I get stumped. What makes PE’ing 6 days a week the right choice?

Yes, I do have lots of emotion flowing around the idea of a bigger penis. I have for 14.5 years. I learned about PE years ago, but I have not been able to stick to a routine. I always feel like if I found a routine that looked more promising, I’d stick with it.

I don’t shower in the morning. Also, I don’t feel like a shower warm-up is as good as a hot gel pack wrapped in a warm towel, or an IR light.

Tonight I’m going to do a warm-up with a hot gel pack wrapped in wet towel. I don’t have an IR light.

I’ll do 5 minutes of stretching SO. Then I’ll do 10 minutes of jelqing. I used to count the reps, but I’m switching to counting the minutes of jelqing.

The only thing that I’m sure of is that I want to only measure my BPFSL until I see an increase of .25 inches. Then I’ll take other measurements. It feels good to be certain about something!

I guess mentally it’s a good thing for you to have a day off. And also to let all tissues in your penis rest for 24hours.

I believe the penis can’t grow if it can’t fully heal after tissue tearing workouts.

Many believe in the exactly opposite. That the penis grows because of constant moderate deformations in tissues, and one should avoid complete healing between workouts.

What does that even mean? Seriously; what the frak does that even mean? Looked more promising how and in what way? We know that PE works, and that it works for better than 99% of the guys. But as to how and why exactly? Voodoo science.

But if the tried and true methods that have worked for many tens of thousands of guys simply are not good enough for you then admit what you are holding out for. You are actually looking for a magick pill, just like the zillions of fat f*cks every year than can’t be bothered to stick with diet and exercise.

You do understand that this is simply part of the head game you are playing on yourself, yes? “Oh, if only Thunder himself would come to my house every morning, make me breakfast, and then jelq me…”

Because lets face it, even if the boss were to do the jelqing for you, it just wouldn’t work if you had to be hassled with fixing your own oatmeal. :rolleyes:

So, ball busting aside I have a suggestion for you.

I had a hard time sticking with it at first. I pulled it off with religious zeal and dedication and was rewarded with zero gains. I then switched to hanging, which I actually found to be much easier to stick with! If you have the time and the privacy it can be much easier to obsessively do something for hours and hours every single day than to do some 1/2 hour routine every other day. Give it some thought. Or keep waiting for someone else to invent a routine that looked more promising.
