Nice forum here! Looks like it’s been around a while. I’m new to this forum, obviously, but not new to clamping. I started about 4 months ago, and have been following a pretty consistent 5 on, 2 off routine since the beginning. I’m only interested in girth. I have a 6” non BP erect length that I’m happy with, but I started with a 5” girth. I have gained 1/4” of girth so far, what looks like most of the shaft. I saw the increase after a couple months, and took a 3 week long break after the third month to see if the gain would stay, and it has! I’d really love to hit a solid 6” erect girth! Looks like it’s definitely do-able. I’ve just been following the basic guidelines outlined by others, and especially “BigGirtha”.

Welcome to Thunders, Clamper. Since you have been clamping for a while now, I’m not going to tell you to do the newbie routine. Try out some of the advenced girth exercises like erect jelqing, uils and horses. Those IMO are the most effective ones.

Fill out your PE stats so you can record your improvements. Go to the easy links tab at the top right of the page and click PE statistics.
