I have been reading lots od treads, and I got me a Power-Jelk.. I hope that will come and help me with my routine. Now, I am wondering about he Bib hanger. Do you guys used both of them? or just one? I am starting this exercises and I need some advise from your experiences. what do you think? thanxs Ron sorry about my grammar =)

Hi there.

You should read a recent thread on the Hanger’s Forum named “Jelquing, Hanging - Both?”. Bottom line, you should decide what you want first, lenght or girth. You can get both at the same time, but the gains will come in more time because as you surelly can imagine, it’s easier to stretch a thin rope than a fat one. So if you just want girth, by all means start with the PJ. But if you want length too you should dedicate yourself to this part first, and later working harder on girth. And for lenght gains there’s nothing better than the new Bib Hanger. So just decide what you want to do and I’m sure there will be many helpfull advice here.
