I will set small goals, as I believe this is the only way to win.. Otherwise you will get disappointed and probably stop your exercises..
Well I’m quite OK happy with my ‘long’ size not he he .. It’s 16-17cm and that’s fine with me.. But it’s thin.. No not really thin, but I want it to get thicker..
Well when I have a PERFECT erection the dick is perfect, but to often it’s a little soft and you know.. And THEN it’s small LOLL..
So what I want is better erection quality and get it a little more thick!
What exercises program would you suggest??
I’m not afraid of hardcore clamping and so on.. But would it be enough with just jelqing and .HM.. (Wow it has been a long time (o: ) the exercise where you ‘flex’ you muscle downstairs.those you are doing hundreds and thousand of per day?? Whats they called again? He he.damn I always forget EVERYTHING! Believe me im stupid as a door!!
