Heat without PE

Yea, I’m having the same kind of trend, though the smaller and thinner days are a little disheartening.

Wrapping and Warming Up?

Thanks guys for all the good info! I do have a couple more questions.

1. Wadboutme stated he used heat and I am going to incorporate that into my routine, more like next month. Currently, I have this really big, not very stealth rice sack that I used previously to warm my penis. Does anyone use something that can be used that is smaller, not as obvious, and is easy to use anytime during the day? Has anyone ever compared a stint of gains, using heat versus not?

2. gg43 stated a good thing about wrapping as well. I have tried wrapping in the past, but did not get good results. I started to have less frequent random erections and the stiffness of my erections decreased. Obviously, I was doing something wrong. At that time I was using ace bandage to wrap my penis after each session and I would leave my penis wrapped for several hours with good blood flow….I think…well at least the head of my penis was not cold. Can anyone recommend a material that is good for wrapping that I may include it in my routine? In addition, how long do leave the wrap on after you PE? When do you apply the wrap, after each PE session, or just keratin PE sessions?

Heat makes a huge difference and I use it even when I am just working at my desk and it has helped. I believe that the body goes through a natural hormonal cycle with or without PE and at certain times, perhaps weeks my penis feels less adventurous for PE and then it goes through a time when there is more blood flow and better to work with.

For those of you who know what I am talking about…do you work through the times when your body is less cooperative or leave it till the cycle come back in your favor?

I just use a smaller rice sack and use it in my car, work where ever.

Do you heat the rice sack or how does it generate heat and maintain it?

I microwave it and wrap it aroung the unit. I am starting to think that we should keep the heat away from the testes.

Yes it is true you should not use to much heat on your testes it is bad for sperm production or something like that.

I think but not to sure, this is why testes are outside of the body to allow it to be cooler than it would be in the body.

Excess heat will lower sperm production.

Thats not really a bad thing for me at this point…but I started to notice a bit of …well…a lack of enthusiasm of my cock when he has always been really a very outgoing. So I thinking that it might reduce testosterone…and that is not good.

This “lack of enthusiasm” you experienced, how often were you using the heat pad and witnessed this effect? I am only 25, so a lower sperm count and especially “a lack of enthusiasm” does not sound good to me!

Today I decided to wear the heat pad and WOW do I see a big difference in my flaccid hang. It is kind of erotic feeling my warm penis rube up against my thigh all day.

Can you explain “excess heat”? How long do you recommend a person to wear a heat wrap/pad and how often?

Wad, regarding edging, as stated before I do notice some turtling afterwards. However, I have been edging now for about 1.5 months, 1/2 month seriously, and experienced some really great morning wood. I cannot say this is due to edging alone, but before hand I was doing PE for about a month and would have nice morning wood, but not like this. During the last 2-3 weeks I have been waking up with some killer morning wood. My penis is so hard it almost hurts, not a bad hurt, but a good one. I actually have to actually lean against the wall along the back of the toilet just to piss. At night I can feel myself rolling over on it and actually having to adjust it at night. It is pretty cool and I am JUST HOPING this means I am experiencing or gearing up for some awesome growth!

This article specifically refers to hot-tub usage. I keep my tub at 105 f. I just checked my rice sock with a meat thermometer and a candy thermometer and it’s well over 105 f. You can draw your own conclusions about what’s too hot. Since I’m completely unconcerned about the issue of sperm production (no more kids for me) I use the rice sock all the time I’m using the pump. about 4x 15 min, and I sit in the hot tub and do my stretches nearly every night.

Hey, Guys I just thought of a great idea that might help all to keep more heat on not to sure all the details, but since I’m going skiing this weekend and was out shopping for ski glasses I saw gloves that are battery powered that heat up the gloves maybe will help some to keep the heat on during the day or at night when you sleep just a thought for some of you who are perfecting this technique. Just adding my two cent since I’ve received so much from this site.

I think the heat helps alot.

I got those morning woods and all when I first started. I think that the heat on the penis is good. I read that the optimum heating for good stretching is 114 degrees. I read this in a study on ligiments but have not had a change to find out exactly what that means practically. I am meaning to buy a thermometer and find out. I am starting to think a little heat on the testes…as in warm… is good as is loosens things up. But not too much.

Also about the edging thing. I have been holding back on the orgasms quite a bit and now I am thinking about a middle ground. I think an orgasm for me every week would be the best to promote growth.

For those of you who have been reading and are saying…what are contriticting yourself? Well its like this.

I think that there is a natural rhythm of hormones that helps our cause.I want to find the right timing,(what time of day to work out) heat, applicaton of heat, stimulation to the penis to create the perfect setting for growth. So there is going to be some adjustments.
