First of all I want to say heck yeah to PE
all of its benefits. Just measured last night
and found out at rock hard erection I
now hit 7”nbel. I was going nuts.
But on to the actual post:
For some of the “end of the workout”
stretches, i used to just sit in the shower
under the stream and stretch. But I started
doing something different. Some have said
they use a cup of hot water. I had done
it before but never in the shower. (when out
of the shower I had done it like a fishing lure,
half in half out, for fear of spilliing on the carpet)
But in the shower i took a plastic cup and
filled it from the shower head. (The water
loses a lot of heat from that 2 1/2 to 3 foot
fall. ) But I got the water as hot as I could
stand it and then I would slap the johnson in
there. In doing this I would make sure the
cup made a seal to my crotch. This way
the water heated the all the ligs and the
hard worked member. I changed the water
every minute with new hot water. In this changing
time i would stretch the fool out of friend.
Also while stretching i would take the free hand
and push and rub on the ligs getting stretched.
Most of time i put a lot of pressure on the middle
of the ligs. This kind of works like v-stretch on the actual
center of the ligs. Then after some AI stretches and
whatever i feel like i put a new cup of water on. I do this
like 5 times. I always seems to get rid of red spots and
leave my ligs tired when i do this.
( for some reason rice socks burn. They feel they get
too hot in certain places. But I can get this cup thing
scalding and it feels like the heat evens out)
Does it take ya’ll writing a post to see how scattered brained
you are? It seems i have to correct the grammar
on these just like a school paper.
