I am so let down about this. Not sure what the problem is, I have been some kind of PE for the past 5-6 months.

I dont know why but I feel like my member is shrinking. I dont have as much of a bunge as I used to, I dont feel large at all flaccid the way that I used to, etc.

I wake up completely soft, used to wake up rockhard no matter what the situation.

What am I doing wrong? I was enjoying Power-Jelqing but I am not too sure how effective it is.

Maybe your stressed from a heavy schedule of work and life. Perhaps take a break and start a new in the upcoming year?

I had the same problem back when I started PE…………it was caused because I was “over working” my penis. Take more rest days or take some time off (2-4 weeks)

I reckon you should take some time off then use a lighter routine.

You need a break and than you should stir up your program a little, it sounds like your over training

Okay guys, thanks. I do feel that I am overtraining too.

I am thinking about getting back into it maybe just doing 20-30 minutes of Power-Jelqing every other day. Does this sound okay? Giving my penis a full day’s rest before stressing it again.

Based on some of those pics, I would say you are going at it way too hard. You have gone past micro tears to macro tears. I am now a firm believer that you can’t grow if you are always bruised. Your tissues are too busy just trying to get healthy again. Take a break for awhile, get healed up, and then start again a little easier.

I have said before I don’t like that power jelq device. If you have two good hands, use them to jelq with for better control and better jelq pressure distribution.

Yesterday, I reduced my jelq session from 40 minutes to 30 minutes, and was instantly rewarded with better results. Sometimes, less is more.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

For me I think that the Power-Jelq device is effective. Provides a nice pump, etc. in my unit.

How long would you guys recommend taking off PE? A week? Usually in a week my unit is completely healthy again.

I’m about to take off for about 3-4 weeks, to rest and heal my 7 inch thrombosis…my gains have been minimal and I also feel not as pumped as before. I’m starting my break tomorrow, 12/13, so we can give each other “moral” support going through it at the same time. This will be my first extended break.

Take at least your week off then.

I still say get back to basics. Have you ever thought about doing it the way that is recommended? Hand jelqing, 5 to 6 days on and 1 or 2 days off. When was the last time you did this most basic of all routines?

Take more off days… I’ve grown the most when I’ve had many off days..

I was kinda forced to take tuesday, wednesday and thursday off. I saw some good gains after that week (I measure weekly) and my session today was unbelievable. I had to go straight to jelqing and other erect exercises after the warm compress and never had to even try to regain an erection for the next 15 minutes when I decided to stop. Then I re-wrapped to get the erection down for length exercises. Those days off may have just totally re-energized my PE for a while.

Also, you’ll notice when you’re ready to start again.

Sounds like you could use a break. I’m not sure how you’re feeling physically and/or more important mentally. I didn’t gain anything this past year, but I’m staying positive and hanging in there. We just have to keep searching, to find something that will strike a match, and that will lead to some gains.

Most definitely stay away from the power jelker - it has temporarily ruined your erectile ability. You are screwing up your dorsal nerve with that thing (your dorsal nerve is what causes an erection). With out good nocturnal/daytime erections, you are going to shrink for sure.
