Hey I think my penis has gotten really tough, I can pull it as hard as I possibly can with baby powder on my hands for best grip and it doesn’t hurt.(I also lift weights, so I’ve gotta be pulling with quite a bit of strength.) I’ve also found that when I do what I consider “Uli’s” I used to hold it at the bottom and keep it tightly engorged for 30-40 seconds and by the end it would start to almost hurt, but now I go 120-180 seconds without alot of discomfort.

I sort of wonder if maybe I should take break to decondition, but at the same time I’ve been making girth gains and I want to make sure they are complete and cemented before I do a break. What do you guys think, or what are your experiences?

As long as your making gains with no discomfort I’d continue. Why stop? Sounds like a great combination to me: No pain, but gains! :p

Ideal: ASAP: 8+" BPEL x 5.5+" EG & 6.5+" head But will continue if the going is good!!

I think getting a tough dick is a good thing. The more you can push it the more you can get. Just be sure to not miscalculate and injure yourself.

I’m wondering when your dick has gotten tougher did you sensitivity level stay the same?

I have given a thought to this too, Finally the penis will adapt (which is actually what it does ( at least in girth).
And just like flesh and brosk it will get hardned to hinder further damaging or pain.


This should also indicate a solid cementing. But we also know that hot water and
relaxations let the body believe that the conditions are normal or milder then usual.
Thus you should be able to reverse the process to normal thoroughness.

Although this maybe even gains will retract abit?

As long as you are making gains, don’t stop. And don’t think it has to hurt in order for it to be working.

Ok well I guess I can actually pull harder than I was, the way I was doing it was all on my shoulder, so it was probably 40-50 pounds of pressure, which is still quite a bit, but I think I’m ok and will keep PEing until I see no gains for quite awhile. Thanks for the responces guys, I feel ok to keep going.

I haven’t lost any senitivity, it still gets erect very quickly and feels great.

I was thinking about your theory, and it sounds good. But perhaps if the tissues harden when they are under regular stress to prevent damage, they may have tighten up, and therefore a PE break would allow them to loosen back up, hypothetically causing you to gain as the cells expand back outwards.

Good advice, and I really have been trying to take PE a little easier, I’ve cut back from my 2 hour sessions to like 1-1.5 on the hardcore days with some being 30 minutes of just jelqing if I don’t have alot of time. (I think it’s better to skip a stretch than a jelq session.) But I’ve been trying out a “less is more” system. I used to push myself a little harder than I probably should have, where I almost wanted it to hurt a bit just to know I was doing enough.

Why do you believe that jelqing is more beneficial then stretching? In light of your gains, do you think that jelqing is more directed towards the cementing of your gains, hence more important, or that jelqing is simply the all around exercise for PE.

I’m interesting to know what your thoughts are on this, as you’ve stated you’re fast length gains have been coming thru mainly stretching. I’ve also noticed many 1 hour + routines include a good amount of jelq, whereas by perhaps more stretching instead of jelqing would maybe be better to increase gains in length?

Just be very careful! 40-50 pounds is a hell of a lot of force!

Virtually all of my early length gains came from jelqing rather than stretching. I did stretch of course, it’s just that jelqing was most definitely my main length exercise.

I did attribute my length gains to stretching, and I think stretching is awesome for length gains. But lately I’ve been working on girth as it seems to be coming easier than length.(and I have a 7.5” x 5.5” summer goal I’d like to reach, so I’ll take what I can get) For me girth also seems unstable as I was very near the 5.5 mark for 2 weeks and then when I took a 3 day break and fell back to 5.25. So I think to stabilize girth gains it’s important to keep jelqing often. Whereas for length I’ve never lost anything, and I think jelqing is good for cementing both length and girth, so now even on my rest days I do a few light jelqs to keep everything stretched out. And for the last several weeks I’ve changed my jelqing style to a dry-like jelq which seems to be working well and I don’t need to jelq for a whole hour to feel the same effects. For length I’m planning to try out some hanging with the Captn’s Wench hanger.

Your right, and I don’t normally go full force, I’m usually smart about it and feel very intune with what my unit can handle.
