Has anyone done a stretch only routine for a while, gained some length, and then switched to more of a jelq/girth routine and gained a significant more amount of length? When I say significant I mean around 1/2 inch or above.
I had the reverse experience. I gained almost an inch from jelq/girth routines during the first month, then added stretching to my jelq routine after the second month, and gained another inch and three quarters.
