This exercise may already have a name, and I have not perfected it yet. I think of it as a stretch jelq. I grab the base firmly and pull like I am trying to pull the root of my penis out of my body and continue into a jelq. I don’t think I have it right yet because I do not feel it in the ligaments. I did 3, 10 minute sessions of this.

Yes, this is how I jelq also, especially at very low erection levels.
Me too. it would seem to be good for length, I try and clamp it real hard and pull it at the base, then work it into a jelq. I do mine at less than 50%. I figure it would damage it at anything more than 50%.
