Has anyone tried ruler stretching?
I usually stretch during the day every time I take a piss and since I am also into powerlifting I like the way of seing progress so I can better see where Im headed in my training. In powerlifting you want to increase the weightloads every week even if it is just a little.
Since I want to be able to see the same progress in PE I measure all the time. Dead stretch mostly because I feel that is where you gain before it shows in the erect state.
I have drawed a measuring line an inch above my bellybutton so that every time Im stretching DLD’s blasters or german pulls I try to get past that line. It has worked good and I move it further every month. Measuring with a ruler when you stretch is also good, however this could be dangerous since it can easily hurt the top ligs if you are measuring BP.
Anyone else who does something similar?
Is it a missile in my pants or am I just happy to see you?
