Has anyone heard about this surgery?

Wait a minute, the doctors in Milan reported an increase of 1.1 to 2.2 cm in girth - isn’t this more than “1/2 inch on average” increase, as the skeptical Mayo Clinic reports? That’s the LOW END of the increases experienced.

How the hell do I get in touch with these doctors? And how many lira do they want? That’s the question! LOL

*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics

On close reading, you’ll notice that the different results are reported in different measurements, as width (diameter) and girth (circumference) are different things. As I pointed out in a previous post, the 1/2” width that Mayo refers to corresponds to about 1-1/2” girth, which is at the upper end of the girth range reported in metric measurements by the Italians (Milan).

To be specific, 1-1/2” girth would actually be a bit over 3.5 cm; I would hazard a guess that Mayo converted to width and inches, and then rounded to the nearest 1/2” for simplicity. I wonder if Mayo converted from girth to width specifically to downplay the results of surgery, in their article that is generally disparaging of PE?

I don’t have the link, penismith. But, if you Google it I am sure it will pop up. In fact Google the name of that procedure and you will see several hits.

YOU google it dangle. You posted the quote, you are responsible for sourcing it.

Let’s move the aorta into my cock!

I love my cock. I just want it to be the best cock it can be!

BPL: 7.5, EG: 5.25 (head) and 5 (shaft), FL: 5, FG: 3.5

I have 2.5 inch balls, and despite that I am on testosterone therapy for having a less than minimal score on the T-test. With therapy (which is an underarm gel) I'm right in the middle of normal. This was all discovered due to sudden depression symptoms.

an 1/2 inch is almost the same as the promedi between 1.1 and 2.2 wich is 1.6.

01/02/2010 17,5cm BP x 13,25cm 18/03/2010 18,3cm BP x 13,5cm Rest. = 3,5cm x 3,5cm ---meta---> 21cm BP x 16,5cm=>

02/01/2010 6.89'' BP x 5.1" 03/18/2010 7.2" x 5.3"------goal---> 8.25" BP x 6.5 Left = 1.4" x 1.4" ------goal---> 8.25" BP x 6.5

This is an old thread. I searched the subject and did not find anything else recent on the subject. I found a comprehensive journal on this phalloplasty technique here. There were operation pictures, diagrams, and post-op statistics.

The results of this journal looks amazing.

How it’s possible that anyone of PE world are talking about this? Fake?

GOAL: 20 x 15 cm

Well, I’m still waiting for stem cells tailored for penial tissues.

I have read about this before, apparently what they are doing is grafting a strip of artery or whatever down the entire length of the tunica. Since the tunica essentially controls the size of your erect penis, bigger tunica equals bigger penis. Pretty genius idea.

Genius? Not quite

It is a direct surgery on the walls of the erectile chambers which is likely to end up with impotence as the graft fails over time, not to mention the direct risk of leakage from these chambers

Austoni got shot by a patient

Long term results were not good

Just research all the problems surgeons have when trying to find suitable long term graft material to patch the tunica for real problems such as peyronies. Many of those guys have ED so the risk may be worth it

For a healthy man, this surgery is way too stupid to consider.

I wouldn’t. Fuck that!

A. You have to undergone a serious operation ON YOUR PENIS! Operations are scary and not fun.

B. It’s unlikely you’d be able to PE after this, would you agree with that? I’m just speculation, it might be sensitive.

C. No complications, yet! Will their penises drop off in 10 years?

D. Faster is generally not better. I feel 2 years of hard PE work is the right thing to do, and surgery is a easy cop out.
