I think we will have much happier women. Since I backed off the hard workouts and just doing some BM work in the shower, my dick has been rock hard again. I am happier and so is she.

Yes I think EQ should be a greater concern for us guys that just pure size. With the supplements I’m taking I find my EQ is amazing and I still wake with a raging wood each morning. Very cool.

Last summer when I was getting fitter and doing regular PE, my wife commented multiple times on my hardness. It was a big turn-on for her.

Well guys I started PE 2 weeks ago with linear routine 12on 2 off and I can say that my EQ is fcking amazing (Hard hard hard) but I read comments that if you have better EQ with PE you are probably focus on girth how truth is that because I currently do jelqs for length and I would be surprised to find out that I got girth instead of length at my first measurement.. Should I change something?

jelqing is mainly for girth but it works on length too.

You have to increase of duration for stretching

Good strong stretches throughout the day. Begin in the morning with 10second stretches in all directions, then do your jelqs and finish with a good 3 minute stretch down or out. Each time you go for a pee, follow with a 3 minute stretch. Length with happen.

I’m only just over 5” in girth, but most times I’m very hard (eg. can’t bend it, veins showing, etc), and although I’d love to get up to or maybe a bit past 6”, I wouldn’t want to lose what I have now. To some degree I think that is how some really small girls take such big dicks in porn — The pornstar’s EQ is so low it just compresses when it goes it, vs being more like a steel rod.

Overall health keeps all systems a go. EQ is such a big factor in my marriage. My wife likes knowing I’m so excited for her that it looks like I could split open. Fact is it just feels better to her when it’s hard like a pipe.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.
