Hard to Gain
I have been doing PE for a while now, but I haven’t got any gains so far. Started up with the newbie program in the beginning of May. Took a break after about 6 weeks. And started up again after ten days. The strange thing is when I started up I saw a noticeable change pretty fast and also my erections got harder and better. But after about 10 days it faded away. That’s why I decided to take a break. But nothing has changed since then. I ’m suffering from ED and prostatis, so the main reason is to get better erections and a healthy prostate.
I’m not new to PE. Have been pumping and also using the jesextender from time to time. I have never gotten any permanent results from this. Have actually been on and off for about ten years. The only thing I can say is that pumping works well, but it’s not permanent.
The reason why I have ED is because I had priapism. Maybe this has something to do with it or makes it harder go gain. Experienced a priapism about 10 years ago after injection therapy. My penis was checked and it was not injured. In fact I have been to three different doctors and they all verifies the same. But my erections are not what they used to be. Can still get an erection on my own but now for very long and not stone hard as it used to be. Anyway I still use injection therapy, Viagra and other supplements and that works very well. Especially the bimix works almost too well.
Is there anybody who has similar experiences or can give good expertise and advice for this? Need all the help I can get.
I’m changing between routines now. This is my current routine for moment
Jesextender every second day for 2-3 hours at 800-1200 kilograms
Manual stretching every second day, 10 minutes
Light pumping every second day for 3*5 minutes or 20 minutes all together at 3-5 hg, roughly
Jelqing every second day, about 100 strokes
1 or two days off.
