Hard to Gain

I have been doing PE for a while now, but I haven’t got any gains so far. Started up with the newbie program in the beginning of May. Took a break after about 6 weeks. And started up again after ten days. The strange thing is when I started up I saw a noticeable change pretty fast and also my erections got harder and better. But after about 10 days it faded away. That’s why I decided to take a break. But nothing has changed since then. I ’m suffering from ED and prostatis, so the main reason is to get better erections and a healthy prostate.

I’m not new to PE. Have been pumping and also using the jesextender from time to time. I have never gotten any permanent results from this. Have actually been on and off for about ten years. The only thing I can say is that pumping works well, but it’s not permanent.

The reason why I have ED is because I had priapism. Maybe this has something to do with it or makes it harder go gain. Experienced a priapism about 10 years ago after injection therapy. My penis was checked and it was not injured. In fact I have been to three different doctors and they all verifies the same. But my erections are not what they used to be. Can still get an erection on my own but now for very long and not stone hard as it used to be. Anyway I still use injection therapy, Viagra and other supplements and that works very well. Especially the bimix works almost too well.

Is there anybody who has similar experiences or can give good expertise and advice for this? Need all the help I can get.

I’m changing between routines now. This is my current routine for moment

Jesextender every second day for 2-3 hours at 800-1200 kilograms
Manual stretching every second day, 10 minutes
Light pumping every second day for 3*5 minutes or 20 minutes all together at 3-5 hg, roughly
Jelqing every second day, about 100 strokes
1 or two days off.

It should be stretched every day. And jelqing 100 strokes is not enough, thats 5 minutes eh? Do at least 15 minutes.

Your program needs to be combined into a daily consistency, as goin4length Stated.

Personally, I’d just cut out the pumping and stick to the bread and butter. Just my 2 cents.

150-200 jelqs every day, one day rest
30 minutes stretching every day, one day rest
50-100keagels
A pretty much normal routine
Saw a positive effect pretty fast, but like I mentioned after two weeks it faded away some how. Have been struggling since then, but no luck.
Right now I’m trying out different routines, but so far now luck. If I saw a slightest change I would be very happy.

But anyway, what is your current routine Marinera?

Answer: I can’t wear the extender for more than 2-3 hours at 800-1200 kilograms at maximum. It gets too painful. But I have done it for months. Haven’t seen a slightest change. Actually I have been using the extender on and off for 10 years. When it comes to jelqing I found it hard to stay hard after 100-150 jelqs. I also use Chinese Viagra some times to do the jelqing since I’m suffering from ED. The stretching I can do. No problemo.

Answer: I think I have. I was on the newbie program for months, but nothing happened, except when I started up. Was just wondering if I had such a big success in the start and after two weeks I lost it. My erections also improved in the beginning which was very enjoyable.
I know it’s possible since I got such great results in the beginning. It’s kind of strange I think. Any theories?

Answer: I have, but also my penis is very tough to work with. It seems like it doesn’t expand much when I jelq. That’s why I combine it with pumping, but the result is only temporary.

This isn’t so “pretty much normal routine”; it’ too much for most of guys. Even exeprienced guys can manage such a routine for maybe some weeks, after that they need to cut down the work or take a deconditioning break.

The same principles do apply to wearing an extender: you should use it at a low tension and for many hours; wearing it at maximum tension for short amounts of work, few days per week, likely won’t work.

I think you thoughened tissues of your penis. You should take a deconditioning-break of some months, then re-start with the real newbie routine, or even the linear routine (search). This is just my personal guess, of course - I haven’t the truth in my pocket.

About my current routine, I don’t have one committed routine actually: I just do some stretches and jelqs and wear an extender for 2-3 hours 2 or three days per week. Right know I’m satisfied with my size, so enlarging my penis is not a priority for me.

It doesn’t expand too much when you jelq simply because you don’t jelq enough. Even though you were following the newbie program, it was not enough time. Do it for at least 6 months and then go modifying; expect gains after 10-12 months.


Present: 8.75" BPEL, 9.25" BPSFL, 5.3" EG

Goal: 1' BPEL, 6.5" EG

Maybe a break will do it

Thanks for all responds so far. I’m thinking about taking a break and see what happens. And then start up with the linear routine for newbies after about 3 weeks break. I will also add the extender and pump maybe after one month with the new program

The newbie program I was using before was from The Matters of size. I think it’ a little bit heavy for beginners or for people who are not gaining. I’m thinking loudly now of course.
I don’t think it would be any good idea to increase the program for the moment. First of all, it’s important for me to get a decent erection. The rest is bonus. And I already have 8*6 when I have a solid erection on a good day or with supplements. When I started up with the newbie program in May I actually increased it be be 6,5 inches in girth. Same in length. It looked very promising after such a short time. So why I had a such a good start and then disappear it’s kind of strange. But maybe the program was a little bit heavy.

What’s Priaprism?
