Hard PE gainers and other gains.

This is my question:

Are the hard gainers here also hard gainers in other physical fields like building muscle mass, or find it hard to stretch?

Wishing and hoping for the best - yup your doing it wrong.

I wonder also if there might be a correlation in my case I find it hard to lose fat but can build muscle pretty easily.

My gains in P.E. have been steady.

Short-Term Goal: 10.25" BPEL

Long-Term Goal: To Be Decided

Figure this out: I gain muscle easily, lose fat easily, when I first started PE gained length easily, but find it incredibly hard to gain girth. One should think that if you can gain muscle easy, you should gain girth easy… not the case for me.

Start (Aug.05): 6.6 BPEL x 4.375" EG

Now (Feb.2011): 8.6" BPEL x 6.0" EG...

Gains: 2.0" EL x 1.625" EG Way more than doubled my erect volume! PE for life. Anything is possible!

Interesting topic. I too have wondered if gains from PE were related to gains in other aspects of life such as weight lifting etc… I personally am a slow gainer when it comes to lifting weights. Its like I do twice as much work as most people and lift just as heavy (for my size) and see very minimal results, but of course I dont give up. I know genes play a huge role in ones ability to gains muscle mass, strength, etc… I just wonder if this is also true with PE. I personally have seen very good gains with PE in such a short time. Im currently on a decon. phase but I havent lost anything and have probably gained some to be honest. Id like to see what others have to say regarding this subject in comparison to working out and PE.

Took the words right out of my mouth. Zero erect girth gains to date.. maybe 1/16 of an inch. Flaccid girth gains have been.. immense.

I grow muscle mass and strength very fast. When doing stretching exercises I get very flexible in matter of weeks. But when it comes to PE not much happens. I injured myself while jelqing when I started with PE and I don’t dare to do as intense workouts as I did back then, even though I actually did see some results like swelling veins and rock hard erections. To achieve this I jelqed 30 min every day in one set. I took an occasional day off. Now when jelqing for 20 min for 3-4 days in a row and rest 1 day nothing happens. I’m a little to scared to go for 30 min per session.

The only thing that actually seems to have some effect without doing any damage is ads. My BPFSL is almost an inch more than a couple of years ago but it only translates to 1/5” erect length. I know it’s better than nothing but I think it’s far too slow. Still, I will not give up and when I finally reach my goals I will appreciate them even more. I’ve just intensified the adsing by adding a few hours to my daily routine. I will measure every 100 hours of adsing and if I see good results I’ll stick with it for as long as it takes.

I’ll worry about girth when I’ve reached the length goals.

It’s a good question ThatCat but to tell you what I think. I don’t really take any shit if I’m a hard or light gainer. I just know if I’m gonna trade like a bull I’m gonna get some resolutes. The resolutes are the only important thing, it’s only bather if you see them faster.

That’s a good attitude. And I wish you all the best in your journey, but I am generally curious how much of a factor our general ability has with our ability to gain in PE. Maybe we will learn something new, I don’t know yet, but I’m curious.

I don’t know if there’s a correlation between things. I put on muscle fairly easily but bugger all in the PE gain department.

And comforting to hear I’m not the only one in that position DirkGently

I got a nice muscle tone in about 2 months of going to the gym. And I gain fairly fast in my PE.

I have gained next to nothing over several years, but gain muscle at a moderate rate. However, I can’t stretch at all and have a heck of a time getting more limber.

I am IMO the hardest PE gainer on the planet. In the gym my body responds and I am able to achieve fantastic results. So for the purpose of this thread, if my dick were to respond like the rest of my body does to exercise I would no doubt have the 8X6 gold standard and I would get there without killing myself.

As for me being limber I am not. My bod is all for show but then again I don’t do any stretching so I wouldn’t know if I could be more limber or not.

Maybe flexibility plays a factor. When I was younger I could do the side splits but as I got older I couldn’t do it anymore but I can with minimal stretching do the front splits.

One can be a hard gainer for more than biological reasons. For instance, one might have bad technique, be inconsistent or have no clue what works specifically for oneself.

I get muscle gains easy but in PE it’s totally different for me. I gain muscles steadily but in PE I get gain spurts during a very short period, but most of the time I gain nothing at all. Biologically it seems I have the potential to gain fast because of the gain spurts in short amount of time I’ve gotten so I guess it boils down to technique/approach for me.

How flexible are you?
