Hello!

I have been resting a couple of months after been overtraining (Bad EQ) and yesterday I started with PE again.

My plan was to try a very light routine with only 25 jelqs per session (I’m jelqing the sides with a overhand grip at 30% erect). But after just one session I got hard flaccid. My routine was very light (25 slow and light jelqs) so I’m wondering what could be wrong? Anyone got any advice on this? I still getting good erections (not 10/10 though).

I should add that I’m depressed and are very stressful at the moment so i guess it could be one of the causes? I’m eating healthy so i don’t think it has anything to do with my diet.

My pelvic floor feels pretty tense but I’m doing reverse kegels twice a week with no results (no kegels though).

I would really appreciate some advice because I’m starting to wonder if I have some kind of underlying injury? (Sorry for my bad English but it’s not my native language)

I dont know if it helps, but you can try some bio-energetic exercises, try to find “Stretches To Improve Posture” on youtube by strengthcamp channel. it helps with depressions, other things if you have tension in your belly and pelvic floor, you can try to take a small ball, like a tennis ball, a press it to your belly and right above the bone above your dick and massage it, it feel quite good and it release the tension really fast. Another thing which is quite gay, you can put something in your ass, and massage prostate, and it loosens your anus. I’ve done that and it felt really good, the tension disappeared. Another thing, try to keep your entire body in warm, so that your body wont trigger ” the I’m cold ” mindset”. my english sucks, but I hope something will help you.

Your advice is fine sucker punch. But for the sake o the community, knock the gay comments off. Not all of us are straight. And just because you put something in your ass doesn’t mean your or the action are gay. I know plenty of straight men that like their ass played with.

Well yes, I didn’t meant it like it is bad, but lot of guys sees putting something in their asses as a bad thing,(It came up to my mind too, when I’ve done that and I approve of gay community, so its deeper than you think it is, read some Sigmund Freud) and mentioning that straight guys can do that to might be helpful, I didn’t meant to offend or insult anyone. One thing you need to realize is, that if gay people wasn’t so offended by the word “gay”, there wouldn’t be as many problems. If you want to describe something that some of us do, then you say it without hesitation, readers read, “hetero” having hetero sex, “homo” having homosexual sex - anal, so mostly “gay” men put things or penis in their asses, same as it is “essential” to eat, and for hetero to put penis into vagina. its just a word which describe reality.
So if its normal to be gay and I think most of gay people want us to believe that, then there is nothing to be ashamed for. You’ve made a taboo from it, we cant talk about homosexuals, and what is taboo is becoming a bad thing. High Stress results in acidic waste which in turn can cause the viscosity of the blood to become abnormal or thick, perhaps this could be contributing to your hard flaccid. Just a thought!

its not about who is ahead, and it wasn’t my intention to be “smarter” or something. There is nothing bad about what I have said. My point was, that I have Chinese friends, I have gay friends, and I really like black music even if its content is none of my business. So I’m not racist, I’m not anything else, but its hard to live in society, where you cannot say a word about anything except your own race and sexual orientation.

I had the same problem in the beginning of my pe carrier.. My flaccid got hard and trutled easy.. My best tips is to keep stretching and do 5 min penis tissue massage a day with heat integraded

My EQ is pretty good despite the hard flaccid, should i keep doing PE? Can i still gain with hard flaccid? I’m starting to wonder if it’s in my mind..

What exactly are the symptoms you have that are leading you to believe you have a hard flaccid? Penises and their forms vary drastically from time to time throughout the day. If you’re stressed your dick will turtle and shrink. Your body simply decides to take blood away from its extremities and give it to vital organs. Is it possible that it’s just turtling due to stress?

I’m starting to think it’s in my head with stress and all. I’m also dealing with a depression for the moment, can it affect my erections?

I did a light routine yesterday with 25 jelqs with a overhand grip and my EQ was pretty good afterwards but today it’s not good, I need advice on this because I’m starting to get frustrated. How do you guys jelq? How far from the head to you stop?
