This question is directed at all the hangers on the board.

How much length have you gained by hanging and how many hours a week do you hang? And is hanging the only exercise you do for length?

Far as I know I have gained a total of 1.25” from hanging. The last 3/4” has come over the last 3 months. I hang anywhere from 18-25 hours a week. Hanging is all I’m doing right now.

I gained an inch with hanging. One hour a day, five days a week.

After one month and two weeks of hanging only I meassured +1.5 cm on the ruler.

I basically hanged for 1,5 hours a day: one day I’d hang 1h AM and 1h PM, the other day only in the evening. Routine: 10 min on/ 10 min off, 6 days on/ 1 day off.

Was hangin 2 hours a day, 5 days aweek. FSL got to 195mm and was185mm (bone pressed) when I started Bib hanging but may have made an initial measuring mistake.

Had a complete 3 weeks break because of hanging problems. Started again tonight and am doing some more learning about hanging and looking forward to getting back in the groove I was in previously or should I say thought I was in previously.

I would say I have gained an inch from hanging all with the bib, and I think I almost got some more I will measure again in about a week. I hang for about 10 hours a week sometimes more or less.

I have gained about a 1/4”-1/2” in the last month and a half of about 8 hours per week hanging.

I have gained at least 2 inches from hanging. I gained one inch from jelqing and stretching for a total gain of 3 inches. I am going for one more inch from hanging. Like SWM, I hang about 18 hours a week plus an additional 6 hours per week (at night) using a stretcher.

Current bone pressed stats: 9”x6” (8” nbp)

About 1 inch after a couple of months ,hanging 5 hours a week or so.

But I am at9.5 kilos and stopped. Uli thing does no longer feel comfortable. No more progress. Going for manually pulling, now and then.

I’m trying to get an idea of what’s the minimum time you can hang and still gets gains. I also wanted to see if the big gainers hung for huge hours and it seems the more you hang the better the gains.

I bet more times does = more gains. Not indefinitely, of course, but when it comes to tissue traction, total time has a direct bearing on gains.

My Bib is on its way. I can’t wait to start hanging. The kids go back to school in less than 2 weeks.

I’m going to be careful & start slowly, but I expect to eventually hang at least 15-20 hours per week. But I’m going to do other PE as well, not just hang exclusively.

This is complete torture. All you guys are talking about is massive gains via hanging and my Bib is still stuck in mail. Damn you USPS! :(

Use it as a motivational tool base. When you get your hanger, take a while to adjust for comfort, then start putting as many hours as you can into it. Look at it this way, at least you ordered one right? :)

I’m just whining. It has only been 1.5 weeks since the package was sent, so no wonder it isn’t here yet. We have a saying of what you probably have your own version too: “Time is long for one that waits.” :)

When I got my Bib via ups I wasn’t home so they left it at my very nosy neighbors, thank God the bib comes in a very plain box without a big dick picture hanging weight on it. Another time I ordered viagra through the mail and the same neighbor got that, and that was labeled from a pharmacy and in a brown envelop and you could easily see it was some kind of medicine.
