I’m mainly wanting length but Id like to work on girth too, Do you think it would be to much doing both plus jelqing?

I was thinking of this routine-

Morning=(well 1pm, before work)
150 wet Jelqs
2 x 5 minute clamps

Night(this is after work around half past midnight)

Anything from 20-60 minutes of hanging.

I’m not a hanging/clamping expert, But I think that would be too much fr your penis and you stand a good chance of injury.

What are you using as a hanger? Especially if it’s a clamp based hanger I wouldn’t do too much girth work at the same time.

If you’re looking for length I’d think about doing more hanging sets and less girth work.

I’m using a vac hanger, Yeah I think ill concentrate on length first. Cheers guys.
