Hi,

I just wanted to ask you a question.
I’m now working for lenght but I thought it would be a good idea to start doing some light clamping to increase or just keep my girth as well.I’ve heard some of you guys saying that if you want lenght gains you should’t do anything but lenght exercises.
So is it a good idea to have both hanging and clamping in to your routine?

I do both hanging and clamping and clamped erect jelq.

I`m on this routine until Christmas. If I don`t get that 0.5-0.75 of length by then, I will change my routine of course :)

Well I would say if the ligs and tunica stretches, the length from the ligs is not hindered by any clamping.

I think hanging might make the tunica sore and help with girth gains if one is clamping etc.

At this point the girth gain is more important to me, so that is why I do heavy girth stuff.

Last couple of years all I was aiming was lenght..
But Last few months a focused really hard on this so I started hanging:
3-4 sets of 20 mins with currently 8 ponds (started with 2 and gradually increased it)
Whenever I could I wear my Wench device as an ADS for 2 hours.
And that’s all.As far I’ve experienced some good lenghy gains:)

So that’s it.

Any other suggestions (theories) about my thread?

Yours are for sure good gains.

I’m pretty much a newbie, I’ve just stretched until now, trying different angles and v-stretch. i got some little gains from this, but i think now i’m stuck with it, i should try something different. thank you for your routine, even if for me it’s going to be difficult to get to hang for 3/4 sets of 20 minutes in a day.

I went to hanging after an year and a half with manual stretches, jelq , etc.
I think you should try different angles of stretching (I stretched mainly upwards because of my low LOT), different duration of stretching and other methods before going to hanging.
