I think I read here something about hanging and pumping on the same day, and what order it should be done in to minimize damage, and maximize gains, but I can’t find the thread that it was mentioned in.
I’ve been screwing around with PE for awhile now, but I am ready to get into a serious routine.
Could someone link me to it if they know?

Additionally, I would appreciate any advice from those who have done this as part of their routines.

I am doing it. Takes time though. Hang first and pump later to avoid getting your penis oversensitive for pumping.

I also do it. I hang first and pump after because I tried to hang with a greasy dick (after pumping) and I had a problem keeping the hanger on.

Also, watch your pumping and stay on the low range until you are comfortable. I pumped a little too aggressively after hanging a few times and stained the hell out of my dick. It has taken MONTHS to soften the dark rings around my dick and is still quite visible.

And I figured it would help with hanging.

However I’;ve only been at it 2 weeks

So I can’t offer any advice that definately

Say concentrate on hanging first then after you’ve gain the appropriate

Length for you add a girth routine like pumping.

One of the dangers in hanging is that blood will pool in the penis below the hanger, increasing the pressure in the delicate tissues in the head to the point of damage. The swelling caused by pumping before hand makes this damage much more likely. Frankly, as a veteran pumper, I think that hanging with heat will accomplish the same “warmup” effect with less damage. The heating pad can be applied locally, to the base of the penis, to loosen the ligaments at the insertion points. I’ll probably go back to pumping after I cement my length gains.
