What was your main mistake (mistakes)?

I think I just have tougher tissues to stretch than most people. A genetic thing. I always seemed to do everything right technique and routine wise, I was very tenacious about PE.

If anything, my ‘mistake’ was not doing intense hanging at upper angles from the beginning, but I can’t really call it a mistake as there was no LOT theory and I didn’t know I was a hardgainer at the time. :)

And after 3 years your tissues just tired to resist?

After nearly 4 years experience, I’d say that real, substantial growth comes after two years. That’s when you feel the ligaments respond and lengthen and the girth grows amazingly. Flaccid size gets huge, even with cold climate.

Motivation ? Yes, just like the first month. But much more relaxed attitude !

Is your routine still the same one that’s listed in the data site? Just jelquing and ulis for 30 minutes 2 days on 1 off? If so, that’s amazing that you continue to get gains, and even faster after two years.

Yes, it’s basically the same, no more than 40’ a day, with dry jelq as the main exercise, then stretches in all directions and a lot of slapping for circulation. This routine seems to work particularly for flaccid size, now it’s often a good looking 8x5,7”, and never shorter than 6”.

But prolonged periods of supplementing with zinc (30 mg) and arginine are also important.

I’d like for someone to answer the first questions who has been at this for 10 or more years. :)

I’ve been doing this since around 2000 I think (seems like forever ago). I’m a very infrequent PE’er and do perhaps 2 months out of a year. I’ve gained minimum 1.5” and at most 1.75” (again, my starting stats are blurred). I recall that I gained about 0.5” in the first month or so.

I know this all sounds vague, and these days I keep very detailed logs, but back then I wasn’t really convinced it was a possibility, so went about it with the same conviction. From where I stand right now I believe I could continue to gain 0.5” per year with the same 2 months out of 12 for as long as I see a reason to. Once I’ve added another 1” though I’ll consider retiring. That’ll only be around 8.5” BPEL though (only?), which many have surpassed already. I start back again in May for probably 3 weeks or so.

With all due respect, you are kidding, right? That’s .5” per year PEing only 2 MONTHS of that year, a damn good return on time invested. Shiver seems happy to take a tortoise approach and collect his gains slowly- in seven years he will have added a total of 5.”- nothing to sneeze at.

The more I lurk here, the more clear it becomes that it is best to approach PE as an ultra-marathon, not a sprint.

If I can tell you anything, you will gain a lot in the beginning, and it will taper off eventually, with gains very few and far between. However, once you get to that point, you will be cementing that size by keeping up your routine, which is exactly what you want.

I’ve only been doing this 1 1/2 years or so, but in that time I got a ton of gains in the first 6 months, and they slowly tapered off. They are still coming mind you, just not as quickly or as much as before. However, on a bad day I’m 8.5 BPEL x 5.5 EG so I don’t know if I really need to gain much more (except in girth) anyway. :) (I started out 6.5 BPEL x 5 EG btw, in case you’re wondering how much I’ve gained in this year and a half).

With your starting stats, you could make it to your goal size. Don’t know about in 1 year, but you could definitely make it. If I was able to do 6.5x5 to 8.5x5.5, you could do it too! Just be patient, and consistent. That’s all I can say.

SS4Jelq, did you do it consistent for 3 years, or did you ever take any breaks or what?

My gains get more and more because every day I tune in my body’s response a little clearer.

Don’t do other peoples routines, make your own, do what feels good, write it down and set a routine.

I apply this to every area of my life, nutrition, exercise, sex, drugs, music. Thats my life :)

My motto is there’s always room for improvement. Then you die.
