OK yeah I’ve stopped PEing for about 3-4 weeks now because unfortunately I have little privacy during my only available PE times and while I might be able to pull it off I would risk being caught and that’s the last thing I want right now. Also, although I’ve haven’t PEed for more then about 2 months consistently, I never seem to see any gains. I know what you’re all going to say, I need to keep at it, but I would like to see SOMETHING, to know I’m not just stretching my dick for nothing. Well I have sorta seen results but it’s actually been during this period of me not PEing and it isn’t much. My BP has gone from around 7 1/4” to 7 3/8” but my NBP, which used to be about 6 3/4” on my best days is now only alittle over 6 1/2”. No matter what I can never seem to get 6 3/4” NBP now and that sucks because NBP is really important to me. Now I know for a fact my fat pad hasn’t gotten bigger because I have gained NO fat. I’m just at a loss people. Is there anything in the way of stretches that I could just like do lying down or sitting or something? Maybe without using my hands? That way I could conceal myself easier. I was thinking about hanging as I think it’s supposed to help hard gainers? Should I consider that? Thanks everyone and wish me luck in getting a huge cock.

Yes, that would be my advice. But I’m having trouble seeing you having any success with hanging also, because it will require assloads more time and dedication than what you are posting.

From reading, it seems like you are monitoring things too closely. Have you heard that if you stand and wait for water to boil, it takes forever?

You need to get the basics in order, pick yourself up. Try to find the time, privacy, and dedication or reconsider performing PE unless you do so, in my opinion.

Agreed.

You apparently have some sort of gains which is better than nothing but hanging takes privacy so that might not work out. Just do what you can whenever you can. ANYTHING is better than nothing- I’ve learnt this through my time at college which I had no privacy with a roomate and his girlfriend living in one room together. Whenever I had a chance to do my routine I did it.

I think you should put your mind at ease everytime you face those difficulties, I know it’s tough as you mentioned, but since you really have to be motivated to PE then why not? Motivate yourselft by thinking about something nice and to be proud of after having a bigger cock.

Other thing is Just PE whenever you're available to do or whenever you want to. You can start hanging now if you wish and good luck with it.

I also believe there’s always a solution to the problem you have had. You’ll figure it out very soon (Cross my fingers :D )

Yeah I know 1/8” BPEL is good but why am I not gaining NBP? Because that is most important to me. Anyways I’m going to try to get back on track and stop checking so much maybe I’ll start checking once every month of PEing it will help me keep PEing too because I won’t check unless I keep PEing. So just a few questions.

1. Should I do just a few stretches in my routine for around 5 min each or more stretches for like 2-3 min each? Then I figure I’ll follow with jelquing.

2. Are there any good basic stretches that don’t require the hands? This isn’t too important to me but I would like to know.

3. Should I integrate some hanging in my routine? I don’t know if I can be classified as a hard gainer yet and I don’t know how much time I’ll have but if I can should I try it?

I would recommend you to finish jelqing then follow by stretching. Stretching while jelqing can make you lose your erection.

I’m not sure… Stretching is actually from “Manual” stretching, so you need hands to do stretching, otherwise it’s hanging. Maybe someone else could help you with this.

I know you’ve just been working on your newbie routine for not so long. They said hanging would work well with you if you have a low LOT. I would say manual stretching is good for you at the moment.

Uh OK I actually meant like how long should I do each stretch but I figure I’ll do 3-4 5 min stretches followed by jelqing. I don’t actually jelq and stretch at the same time. Then I jelq for about 15 min and I’m thinking about following it with 1-2 more stretches. Should I do that or are there any adjustments I should make? Thanks.

Well, just to let you know 5 minutes of manual stretching won’t help you much, make it up to 20 or 30 minutes. For the methods to stretch, you decide :D

Regarding privacy issues, I often have the same problem.

I had reduced my routine down to 3-4 times a week. After great input from some of the guys here, I upped my routine to 5-6 times per week. The privacy issues at home still remain. I just do my routine at work on the toilet. I split up my routine across the day, 5 minutes per session for a total of about 4-5 sessions per day.

Only problem is, you can’t do a proper warm up.

You might want to consider doing all or parts of your routine at work / school or what ever.

Yeah I’m getting a little more privacy so for now I’m good there. Daboogies, I don’t do just 5 min of stretching just so you know. I’m doing 3 5 min stretches which adds up to 15 min, then 15 min jelqing, then another 5 min stretch so more like 20 min total.
