Is it ok to grip closer to the base than the head when stretching, so you get a better pull at the ligs. I have a low LOT too.

Absolutely!! And it’s less risky as far as injury to those sensitive nerves near the head is concerned.

I do feel that I get a more forceful pull gripping at the base, but I can’t tell whether I’m pulling on the ligs or on the skin. Any suggestions on how to make sure I’m targeting the ligs and how to tell I am doing so?

It always feels like I’m hitting the ligs, because the next day I was sore like I hurt something. Anyway I’m drunk from DOA club, but gonna stretch like a trooper.

I have been gripping closer to the base (are the bottom 1/3 of the shaft). It seems that I get a better stretch, but I cannot attribute any gains to this grip. Sometimes I don’t know if I am stretching ligs or skin as well.

I have also been experimenting with this. I “Roll” up all my skin so my penis is covered by the skin, then with both hands, I grab the base of the penis. I can feel it when I arc my pelvis to certain angles. I feel a big pull right above my penis, inside my body. Not seen much in gains, although I just took 2 weeks off.
