Hi everyone :-)

Just like to share my experiences and results since starting
PE 14 months ago.

Started at bpel 6.5 x 4.75
Now bpel 7.88 x 5.75
My target for the end of this year is bpel 8.0 x 6.0
But I think I might make the length gains sooner. :-)
My ultimate goal is bpel 9.0? x 6.75

I started v-stretches in June 2002 and had continued success since.
BPEL length measurements as follows:
22 July 7.63
3 August 7.75
12 September 7.75
19 September 7.88

I don?t do any hanging. All my gains have come from manual stretching. I use very hot wraps and jelq slow and hard.

My girth gains have stopped since I?ve focused on v-stretches, which
is okay. I?ll come back to specific girth exercises once I?ve reached my target length.

Significant head gains

What has surprised me is the increase in head size.
I started at 4.5 and now I?m 6.0
This is due mainly to power and mega squeezes.
I?ve added a variation for head development.
When I make the tourniquet at the shaft base and the head is pumped full of blood, I bend the head downwards at right angles and hold for about 30 seconds. This seems to work well for me.

Here’s the routine I’ve been using since June 2002.

4-day routine: Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri
(I used to do 5-6 days, but found 4 days worked best for me)

5 minutes: very hot wraps
Then manual stretches as follows:

3 sets pulling downwards and holding for 50 seconds
Wrapping for 30 seconds between each set
3 sets pulling to left and holding for 50 seconds
Wrapping for 30 seconds between each set
3 sets pulling to right and holding for 50 seconds
Wrapping for 30 seconds between each set

V-stretches
Using all the downward force I can to get the best stretch.
I push down until I can’t hold it any longer.
Then I do some wrapping for 30 seconds and repeat v-stretches
for about 10 minutes. I apply pressure right along the shaft,
not just in the middle. Sometimes I do them when having a hot bath.

30 minutes: jelqing (semi erect) slow and hard using Almond oil.
I do about 30 seconds wrapping after 5-10 minutes jelqing.

10 minutes: mega squeezes

That’s about it really. :-)

Happy: this is MagnumXL (7-up). Glad my V-stretch helped you as it did me. If you plateau, don’t get discouraged, but try my Punctuated PE routine. It may help you too. We can all learn a lot from one another. Good luck, man. There is no 1 best approach. we must see what works best for us, individually. MXL

The PE F “Punctuated” thread got a bit corrupted with some off-topic talk, but the beginning of it is real interesting stuff to me.
