Great extension of fowfers at night!
As my frenulum string still are damaged and weakened and will be until I get the darn thing off, I can’t do manual stretches as that require a grip over it.
So, I’ve started to clamp, and also to experiment with stretching techniques that do not require that kind of grip.
I have tried to vary the nightly fowfers that so many recommend, and I figured out a way that feels quite awesome and that give the ligaments a good stretch all night long!
Intense nightly BTT (between the thighs) -stretch
- Lay sideways (spoon, faetus position).
- Spread the legs a little bit, stretch the penis out, tuck it in and close legs.
- Now, with the stretched penis pressed between the thighs, gently straighten the legs and role over on the stomach.
- Now, fall asleep this way.
A few days ago, I actually woke up this way! My flaccid hang that morning was totally amazing, the double I normally experience.
Depending on how much you stretched your penis out, it should feel less or more intense. It does take a little practice to get the right amount without skin stretch pain, but I think it’s worth a shot.
