I am not sure if there is a name for this, I have never really looked into girth excercises because I have always done my own thing. I know it involves clamping with my hand and I go on to squeeze the engorged areas until I feel it expand more, I dont have a measuring tape, but I cut out a piece of paper that is my width - by wrapping it around…and after the excercise it seems to have gained atleast an eighth of an inch…

I have heard of workout names so I am going to say what i’m doing is clamping and squeezes…”Horses” not too sure, but this is a good method; anyone clamping with not that great result, start squeezing as well!
