Are you a NEWBIE? Because Newbies should not be clamping at all.

I ask because you are a new member with just a few posts.

If you consider 5 months a newbie, I guess I’m fairly new, though I have done extensive reading in this forum. I’ve had awesome results, and I am loving clamping. I’m just not sure what kind of time frames I should use as recovery days.

I also recommend the pump and clamp approach, and I would definitely start off not overdoing the clamping. It took me over six months to be able to set a clamp on real tight without worry or care of injuries.

You have to be realistic here as well….I really don’t know how much you will ultimately gain, but 5.0 eg is what your first goal should be….which is a respectable girth; nothing to scoff at for sure…..It may take you over a year to up to 2 years to get to 5.0 eg. Your major goal should be 5.5 eg, which will put you on the large side; this will be had on your third year if you do everything right. To get BG gains, it will take more time obviously. Just don’t fret, and hope you are one of those guys that gain half an inch of girth in 3 months. I guarantee if you get to 5.5 eg and ask her how you stack up again, she will say you were one of the biggest she has had.

If you’ve got 5 months of newbie routine under your belt, then you probably have gotten your unit conditioned enough.

I started clamping after 5 months. The plan was after at least 6, but oh well. :)
